Research on Engineering Quality Connotation and Cultivation

Abstract:

Aiming at the subsistent problems in engineering, we have advanced the point of promoting and enhancing the engineering quality of public gradually from improving the engineering quality of college students. In this article, we mainly study the basic connotations and characteristics of engineering quality, the various requirements to college students of different disciplines, as well as the ways to cultivate the talents. Meanwhile, we think that both the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit are the souls of engineering quality, and the combination of both is the effective way to improve the engineering quality.
