Abstract: This paper research the recycle-oriented green design with full consideration given to product recyclability during the actual process of product design. It places emphasis on the design strategy, design method and design procedure in recycle-oriented green design. It holds that reutilization rate of waste products will be significantly increased, and the direct or indirect pollution to the environment during the disuse process will be reduced or even totally eliminated, if consideration is given to recycle and reuse during the design process and if a research is made on the priority sequence in design, the optimization of design strategy, and the economical efficiency of part recycling.

Abstract: The beam angle of the luminaire is an important factor to influence testing method. This paper mainly discusses the narrow beam luminaire test methods, especially luminaires space photometric, chromaticity characteristic test method. The factors step length and test time which influence spatial distribution photometer are analyzed. An example is introduced which show how to set electrical parameter, photometry parameter test efficiency for a narrow beam LED luminaire.

Abstract: As the smart industry embodying great knowledge, high technology and great culture, industrial design has the most potential for value appreciation and is an important link of the manufacturing industry value chain. It is also the significant origin of the core competitiveness of the modern manufacturing industry. This paper will analyze the current status and development features of the industrial design industry of Ningbo, explore existing problems at present, and propose measures for speeding up the development of industrial design industry in Ningbo, including perfecting the long-acting mechanism for industrial connection, establishing the industrial design industry standard system and enhancing the authentification and management of industrial design parks.

Abstract: To improve the precision of GPS elevation fitting and solve the problem of data modeling on elevation of the express way, this paper proposes the BM model. Firstly, this paper introduces mathematical model to GPS elevation fitting, and then fits date with neural network. By this method, BM model can achieve the elevation data modeling about express way and other line-like object. BM model’s structure has been used in the actual engineering data, and the average error can reach 0.0001m, mean square error is 0.0283m. BM model solves the fitting precision’s instability which caused by the uncertainty of geoid.

Abstract: First, the public bicycle traffic evaluation index system is established by six indicators measured, including system characteristics, environmental pollution and service levels. Further, the function models are established. Last, comparing comprehensive evaluation index value of bicycle, bus and motor vehicle three traffic kinds of transportation by a case, the result shows that public bicycle traffic has an absolute advantage among them within 3 kilometers.

Abstract: Reasonable selection of passenger dedicated line (PDL) transportation organization mode can meet the demand of improving the transportation capacity of railway transport corridor and the railway transportation service quality, so it has important practical significance. Through analyzing the influencing factors of railway enterprise's selection of PDL transportation organization mode, Analytic Hierarchical Process model for selecting the transportation organization mode is built,then solve the model to get the optimization model of transportation organization.

Abstract: The input and output data of Yichang road transportation Industry from 2000 to 2010 were concluded in this paper, then the development status and trends of Yichang Road Transportation Industry were analyzed.Meanwhile I used the total factorproductivity method to analyze Yichang road transportation productivity, analyzing the changes of the total factor productivity from the perspective of regression analysis. In short, by measuring and analyzing total factor productivity of Yichang roadtransportation industry, the development status of the road transportation industry can be better grasped and the restrictive factors and sources of growth that impact the development of road transport industry are found. The paper aims to provide the future development of Yichang road transportation certain reference value.
