Abstract: Focus on destruction features of the rigid-flexible composite pavement interlayer, Crumb rubber modified asphalt, SBS and crumb rubber composite modified asphalt, SBS modified asphalt were prepared. High temperature stability performance, medium-temperature fatigue performance and adhesive property of three knds of interlaminar material were evaluated and compared. Test results show that high temperature PG grade of SBS and crumb rubber composite modified asphalt is PG82, which showed better high temperature stability. Moreover, crumb rubber modified asphalt has more soft at normal temperature which benefited to medium-temperature fatigue performance. Besides, SBS and crumb rubber composite modified asphalt possesses better interlaminar adhesive property with 60°C viscosity is 2430Pas. So SBS and crumb rubber composite modified asphalt is recommend as spraying asphalt material in rigid-flexible composite pavement interlayer, the results can provide certain reference.

Abstract: SiC crystal substrate has been widely applied in the field of semiconductor industry and optical components recently,such as IC and semiconductor lighting. In this paper, according to orthogonal design, the composition selection and optimization of chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) slurry based on alumina (Al2O3) abrasive had been done in CMP SiC crystal substrate (0001) Si surface by a lot of tests. A CMP slurry based on alumina (Al2O3) abrasive for SiC crystal substrate (0001) Si surface had been obtained. According to the CMP test results, the material removal rate (MRR) is about 3 nm/min and the surface roughness Ra is about 0.198μm.

Abstract: The effects of Mo on organization and properties of T700 were investigated by smelting, rolling and thermal simulation experiment. The results show that yield strength of adding Mo steel is higher in every experimental temperature, and the yield strength is highest in 580°C because the steel of adding Mo has a best precipitation temperature. These results were further confirmed by thermal simulation experiment.

Abstract: Effect of rolling temperature and cooling velocity on organization properties of T700 and the working load of the coiler was investigated with Gleeble-3800 Thermal/Mechanical Simulator. The results of this experiment show that the working load of the rolling machine will be increase with the reduction of the rolling temperature. The best rolling temperature is 550~600°C and the best holding time after rolling is one hour.

Abstract: In this paper, the precipitation behavior of T700 deformation and cooling process was studied by thermal simulation experiments and scanning electron microscopy. Results show that there are two kinds of carbide precipitates, precipitates needle is epsilon carbide precipitation in bainite, and is precipitated in the quenching process, circular granular precipitates during deformation due to strain induced precipitation. When the holding time is short, amount and size of precipitates are same as precipitation in the deformation. As the holding time longer, the number of precipitates in micro alloyed increase gradually, but very little change in size.

Abstract: This paper has presented a method to get pure ultraviolet rays using Abbe prism, and this principle is used to develop a pure ultraviolet irradiator with a low pressure mercury lamp. We used some thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs) Al2O3:C crystals to inspect the irradiating effort of the pure ultraviolet irradiator. This irradiator can be used in environmental radiation dose detector with some TLDs such as Al2O3:C and quartz.

Abstract: The fabrication and operation of a new thick film type of limiting current oxygen sensor is demonstrated that utilizes yttria (8% mol) stabilized zirconia (YSZ) as oxygen ion conducting solid electrolytes and dense La0.8Sr0.2CoO3 (LSC) as diffusion barrier. The oxygen sensor shows a near linear response between 0 to 10.5% O2 in argon at 1023K. The advantages of the sensor are simple construction, low cost and potential long term stability.

Abstract: Casting sprue is required to parameterize for suiting material processing and developing casting quality so as to find the best casting sprue for the corresponding material. In this work, parameterization for casting sprue for different materials is conducted using Visual LISP. The main procedures are like this in sequence: establishing dialog for the casting sprue parameters of variable materials, drawing programming, entering the shape parameters of one material into the dialog, directly outputting its model through CAD. Combining techniques of material casting, CAD and Visual LISP together offers following merits: (i) simplify repetitive sprue design among different materials and develop drawing efficiency by making certain CAD function automatic. (ii) develop sprue design efficiency among different materials by leaving many similar structures of different materials to a computer program.

Abstract: Properties of Energy Materials (oil and gas) is very complex and important. In recent years, in Chinese eastern, western and mid continental basins, multiple rock oil and gas fields are found, such as Songliao Basin, Bohai Bay Basin, Erlian Basin, Tuha Basin, Junggar Basin, Sichuan Basin. Volcanic rock reservoir with its rich oil and gas resources, tremendous development potential, has aroused the domestic and foreign experts and scholars attention, volcanic rock oil and gas exploration theory and technology has been rapid development. In order to understand volcanic rock reservoir from the origin, further exploration target and guide the exploration deployment, the Properties of Energy Materials (oil and gas), main factors affecting of the development and comprehensive evaluation have become the research hot spots and the focus, there are many research techniques and results.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the exploration potential of CamckAral sea zones, the geological and geochemical data, qualitative appraisement and quantitative calculation method are used to study the Middle Jurassic source rock conditions of circumjacent depressions of CamckAral sea zones. This research indicates that: the Middle Jurassic source rock in these depressions are relatively development, with type II2 and III organic matter which have a higher gas generation potential; and organic carbon content is relatively higher; the thermal evolution of the organic matter has reached maturation stage. It means that the north Camck zone and water area of Aral sea have more exploration potential.
