Abstract: Jixi BasinHegang Basin and Boli basin are major coal mining areas of the Daqing Exploration Area. They are rich in coal resources. In this paper, through analyzing the main controlling factors of the enrichment and reservoiring of the CBM, and the analogy of geological conditions between basins in studying area and other basins, the coalbed methane exploration and development is very successful. Basing on this, the article chooses Fuxin basin and Black Warrior basin as contrast basins to predict the resource by analogy, as the two basins have the similar geological conditions with the basins in studying area. The results show that Jixi basin has the highest total CBM resource, which is as much as 1672.07×108m3. And Hegang basin has the highest score of the potential enrichment of resource, so these two are preferred profitable exploration basins.

Abstract: For natural gas well, material selection of gas-well wellhead assembly is an important factor of gas production system life. In order to ensure the long-term development of gas wells, this paper mainly introduces the material selection of gas-well wellhead assembly, proposes the optimization idea and technique of gas-well wellhead assembly. By taking W well as an example, this paper optimizes the material selection of gas-well wellhead assembly for W well. For application, the optimal materials of gas-well wellhead assembly in W well have good performance of corrosion resistance.

Abstract: Camck-Aral sea is one of the important China's developing overseas oil and gas exploration blocks. But conditioned by the degree of exploration, the hydrocarbon source rocks quality and resource potential of this block are not clear. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the regional geological survey, hydrocarbon source rock condition and reservoir conditions. The results indicated that: The middle Jurassic formation in Camck-Aral sea block has a texture of interbeded sandstones and mudstones. Middle Jurassic hydrocarbon source rocks in Camck-Aral sea block is high in the abundance of organic matter,of which the matrix belongs to the type II2, and it has reached the maturity stage. This may mean that the study area should be based primarily on natural gas exploration.

Abstract: Analysis on casing size and steel grade and application in high-temperature high-pressure gas wells are important in natural gas production engineering. This paper presents the standard casing size series, casing steel grade standard and code, types of casing steel grade, main problems in high-temperature high-pressure gas wells, using casing material suitable as solving means for high-temperature high-pressure gas well and application. For application, the study above is good and easy for on-the-spot application.

Abstract: The paper recovered the Fe and Mn minerals from a refractory ore in Yunnan province. The grade of Fe in raw ore is 30.16% and the grade of Mn in raw ore is 20.05%. Through technological mineralogy study, we found the Fe was mainly in the forms of Hematite and limonite, and the Mn was mainly in the forms of pyrolusite and psilomelane. Through the process of strong magnetic separation, re-grinding and magnetic separation, the minerals of Fe and Mn were recovered, and the Fe mineral was separated from mixed concentrate successfully. Finally, we got two products. They were Fe concentrate with the grade of 60.35%, recovery of 81.26%, and Mn concentrate with the grade of 37.35%, recovery of 71.26%. This test to increase enterprise efficiency and reduce the environmental pressure is of much benefit.

Abstract: The situation of a pilot experiment of magnetite concentration from yunnan province was introduced.After five days of continuous production, magnetite concentrate is of good quality and the process is stability, the contents of mainly impurities are low. The beneficiation process has strong adaptability. The technical index is advanced and the test time and operation conform to the standard. The data of experiment can be used as a basis for industrial design. This test to increase enterprise efficiency and reduce the environmental pressure is of much benefit.

Abstract: The paper focuses on a kaolin ore which containing harmful composition of Fe2O3, TiO2 and SO3 and uses united process of gravity-strong magnetic separation and gravity-selective flocculation-strong magnetic technology to remove the harmful composition. Finally, the united process of gravity-selective flocculation-strong magnetic separation process is better. Through a series of condition test, the concentrate with Fe2O3 grade 0.37%, TiO2 grade 0.53%, SO3 grade 0.12% was obtained. This test to increase enterprise efficiency and reduce the environmental pressure is of much benefit.

Abstract: China has rich earth resources, with the advances of technology; the processing and utilization of rich earth have been paid more attention. It reviews the important applications of rare earth in metallurgy, ceramics, glass, petrochemical industry, nuclear industry, electronic industry, agriculture and medicine. China has the superiority of rare earth resources, but the processing technology is backward, the value-added of products is very low. The phenomena of excess exploiting and fire sale are serious because of lacking of unified supervision and the legal system to manage. So China doesn't have the advantage of price. In response to this situation, raise some suggestions by consulting relevant literature.

Abstract: The designing level of oil and gas well hole structure and application in superdeep well with analysis of material properties play a key role in the expected production target to superdeep oil and gas wells. This paper introduces the hole structure of standard casing size series, main problems in superdeep wells with analysis of material properties, and solving means such as: using liner as production casing, cementing under small clearances of borehole-casing annulus and intermediate casing-production casing annulus, reaming and close clearance hole structure, analysis of material properties and so on. By application, the study above has a good practicality.

Abstract: For natural gas well, the corrosion generated by the flow in tubing and the flow through the control manifold and scour corrosion should be fully considered in gas well control prevention design. This paper presents the technology background, scour corrosion, flow-induced corrosion, application on calculation of in-tubing flow velocity for preventing erosion and corrosion and example. For application, the technology has a good practicality.
