Abstract: To improve work efficiency of cabin and solve the contradiction between load bearing and mass, combining parametric modeling and optimization theory,the influence curves of load bearing on mass are proposed. Applying stress state theory, combining distortion energy theory criterion and Tsai-Wu failure criterion, shells load bearing is theoretically analysed. Contrast results are, in the same load condition, compared with alloy, the weight of composite reduces 46.2%;in the same weight condition, the load bearing of composite increases 75%. At present, the cabin load bearing is 0.04MPa, to improve work efficiency, increasing to 0.055MPa and replacing alloy by composite, the load bearing increases 37.5%, while the weight reduces 26.1%, then the contradiction between work efficiency and mass is coordinated.

Abstract: Due to the large volume concrete special material properties, the casting of temperature stress should not be ignored. In order to analyze the temperature distribution law of the precast box girders,we used finite element numerical simulation of concrete pouring cement hydration , calculated the concrete beams hydration temperature field, and combined with the measured data related analysis and comparison.

Abstract: This paper considers on-condition maintenance of a continuously degrading information system, in which the inter-maintenance time and the maintenance time depend on the condition of the system at which maintenance is carried out. The durations of preventive maintenance activities are supposed to be exponentially distributed. Assuming deterioration of the system follows a gamma process, models are established to maximize the system average availability when the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance activity becomes weaker and weaker. Optimal solutions on the condition of the system at which maintenance should be performed and the number of times of maintenance action to be carried out are obtained based on Monte-Carlo simulation. A case study is given to show the procedure of the maintenance model and simulation.

Abstract: It is well known that stability of information transmission is very important. In this paper, we study the stability of Networked control systems. Networked control problem(NCSs) have received plentiful attention in recent two decades. A lot of researcher study the stability for NCSs. In this paper, we consider a class of interval linear system’s networked control problem with time delays and packet dropout. A stability result is obtained with the discrete-time method which is based on the Information Science.

Abstract: The global information has become the human development trend with the development of network technology. People enjoy the convenience brought by the network technology and confront many network security issues. Because the network attack behavior has concealment, complexity and permeability, the network security issues become increasingly prominent and the network security protection become more difficult. Based on the analysis of the threatening factors to the network security, such as hacking, computer viruses, computer system vulnerabilities, security issues of the network protocol, weak authentication and logic bombs, the firewall technology, intrusion detection technology, access control technology and computer virus protection technology are proposed to ensure safe and stable operation and use of network.

Abstract: The truck scale is more and more applied on the weighing system. To seek illegal profits, many kinds of truck scale cheating method is found in the weighing system. To monitoring the truck scale cheating method, the truck scale cheating automatic monitoring system based on the GPRS is brought out in this paper. The truck scale cheating automatic monitoring system is designed. The monitoring system includes three parts: the monitoring terminal, the GPRS transmission module and the upper monitoring system. The truck scale measurement data of the sensors are collected by the monitoring terminal and sent to the upper monitoring system through the GPRS module. The experimental system is established on the pneumatic conveying system and the experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the automatic monitoring system can on-line monitor the truck scale cheating method and improves the security of the truck scale weighing system.

Abstract: Mechanical Automation is playing an important role in all fields. In the detecting system of robot position, how to increase the robustness of color identification is a difficult problem. To solve this problem, a real-time image processing method based on color training is put forward adopting the development platform of the completely independent robot, which is applied in a kind of detecting system at partial structured environments .The method has been already applied well in the visual detecting system of mobile robot.

Abstract: In this research, the verification on the torque limiter is completed by using the mechanism of a torque limiter integrated with the infrared optointerrupter feedback detection. Through a shuttle and an infrared optointerrupter, it is meant to determine whether the rotation mechanism is affected by the mechanism of a torque limiter. With this, it is available to determine if any jamming happens. Through the testing verification of physical mechanisms, the feasibility for the torque limiter proposed by this research is conducted. It can avoid current shorting when dead jamming happens. Also, the detection circuits relevant to the detection of motor current feedback can be saved to reduce systematical circuit maintenance and manufacture torque limiters with long life expectancy, higher stability and low cost.

Abstract: As a result of the need, not only the Linux NIC driver but also the Linux PCIe driver needs to be used in vehicle automation. The nested driver technique have its greatest use in mechanical automation, in this thesis, analysis and research have been made for Linux nested driver which was based on FPGA detailedly, firstly, it provides a simple review of standard NIC driver in the Linux operating system; secondly, Linux PCIe driver which was based on FPGA is presented simply; finally, it gives a brief explanation of how to call some functions of PCIe driver in the Linux standard NIC driver, and the accuracy and stability of Linux nested driver were tested and verified by a program in the application layer.

Abstract: Digital function generator is widely used in mechanical automation,such as mechanical automation control and all kinds of electronic circuits. This paper firstly introduces the principle of digital waveform synthesizer and explains the specific realization method of the digital waveform synthesizer circuit. Next, it is carries on the detailed narration of the principle of DDS, the description of DDS specific design from FPGA, and provides parameter selection of the subsequent simulation processing circuit with 125 KHZ sine signal as an example. Finally, contrast the sine signal generated by this signal generator with by the Taiwan ESCORT function signal generator.Introduction
