Parameters and Applications of Noise-Gates

Abstract:

Noise gates are common equipments in audio processing which can attenuate all kinds of the noise effectively and have some applications in making special effects. This paper introduced the six parameters in noise gates also: attack time, release time, ratio, range, hold time and threshold.
