Abstract: A new HONEWELL process controlling system, namely EPKS C300, was systematically introduced. Applications of the system to 7# steam turbine and 9# boiler in the Baling Petrochemical Thermal Power Division and some important controlling strategies have been briefly investigated. EPKS C300 was used for the technical reform of the steam turbine and boiler. SCM sequence control, drum level three impulse control and DEH system modification were implemented on the boiler. With the help of FSSS system, furnace safety monitoring, automatic speed regulation of steam turbine unit, load automatic control and main steam pressure automatic control were realized.

Abstract: The damage of structure and technical performance of vehicle were affected by the impact at landing process of airborne. For researching the cumulative damage of airborne vehicle under impact, airdrop tests would consume lots of manpower and material resources. So numerical simulation offered one of available means for this problem. Based on the finite element model of vehicle and airbags, the calculation and assessment method for cumulative damage under landing impact time after time was proposed. The creditability of finite element model was validated by airborne test under typical condition. Associated with Lemaitre damage model and the damage evolution law of the material, the cumulative damage of the structure of vehicle was calculated. The results would provide theoretical reference and technical guidance for the design and maintenance of the airborne vehicle.

Abstract: In the existing wheel model, rim and rigid ring are connected with six direction spring and damper, which represent the elasticity of wheel carcass. In this paper, based on the ASCL original wheel model, the six direction hysteresis characteristic model of wheel carcass is built. In the vertical direction, Berg model which is widely used to describe the hysteresis characteristics of the rubber bushing is built to describe the hysteresis of wheel carcass, whose dynamic parameters are more consistent with the actual situation. In the other direction, the Fancher formula is used to describe the relationship of the force and displacement. Results showed out that the model has a high accuracy and is able to accurately describe hysteresis characteristics of wheel carcass by comparison with the suspension system K&C experimental results.

Abstract: To accurately compare lifting performance of different wheeled cranes , with discrete original sample data as source data, telescopic boom length and lifting radius as design variables, a surface interpolation mathematical model about crane lifting capacity is built based on improved bicubic interpolation method. On this basis, an analysis is done between a 80 tons truck crane and its upgraded product. The result indicates: under the working conditions of the telescopic boom and maximum counterweight, upgraded product lifting performance is improved significantly, more than 80% of the design points increase above 10%, more than 50% of the design points increase above 20%, and about 10% design points increase less than 7%. The analysis shows that the improved bicubic interpolation method is feasible to predict surface interpolation based on scattered points, it provides accurate data to wheeled cranes lifting performance comparison study.

Abstract: The detailed analysis of mechanical balance based on beam-pumper is put forward to reduce the motor power, and save consumption. It has discussed something about the analysis of the crack balance, the walking beam balance and the composite balance. Finally, MATLAB M-file editor are used to compile the applications. The simulation results show that the program of the optimal mechanical balance method is feasible.

Abstract: A NDT technique suited to inspecting thick-walled metal parts of power stations is comprised of time-of-flight-diffraction technique, Pulse-echo technique and magnetic particle inspection technique or dye penetrate technique. Flaw sizing accuracy and probability of detection can be improved greatly with application of the technique, and the risk of components` failure can be decreased greatly.

Abstract: In order to explore the dynamics performance of WN (Wildhaber-Novikov) gear transmission, according to the WN gear meshing transmission principle and the forced vibration theory with multi-mass and multi-degree of freedom, the nonlinear two degree of freedom forced vibration analysis model of WN gear pairs load meshing was established. Using vibration analysis and experiment, the meshing vibration behavior and tooth root bend strength of WN Gear were synthetically researched. The example calculation and the solution of the motion differential equations were completed by using numerical analysis method. The application foundation is improved for the dynamics design of WN gear transmission.

Abstract: Natural frequencies are of great value to bridge structural design, health monitoring and detection. Related research data show that the ambient temperature can affect the natural frequencies of the continuous box-girder bridges. In order to research the effect of temperature on the bridge structure and conclude the influence law, theoretical analysis of temperature effect on the natural frequencies of the continuous box girder bridges is conducted based on the stochastic subspace identification. First, the finite element model of the bridge is built to conduct thermal-structural coupling analysis. Then regard the analysis results as the original state, and exert white noise excitation on the structure to obtain the dynamic response of the structure. And then analyze the dynamic response based on the stochastic subspace identification and calculate the natural frequencies of the bridges under the temperature effect. At last, based on the practical project of one 3-span continuous box-girder bridge, the validity and the reliability of this method is verified.

Abstract: To check the reliability of transformer’s strength and vibration mode, we analyze the structure of the transformer, definition the Load condition , process the boundary condition and Create the finite element model . we use ANSYS software to analyze transformer s structure strength and mode, which provides important support to reliable design. From the analysis of above, the structure design and the stiffness of transformer is totally meeting with the requirement of design.
