Abstract: The self-grinding method was adapted on the fine grinding machine spindle after the parts of machine tool were assembled, which was easy to guarantee the spindle datum plane geometric accuracy. The Self-grinding is a reliable and economical technology method. The turning accuracy of Machine Tool Spindle and grinding process system were analyzed to guarantee the grinding accuracy and cutting accuracy of the whole machine material.

Abstract: The angle distribution of the spheroid particle upon optical surface is discussed in this paper. Taking the advantage of the Bobbert-Vlieger (BV) theorem, the scattering model between optical surface and spheroid particles is established. The scattering process is analyzed and the scattering coefficients are derived by using of the vector spherical harmonic function. The differential scattering cross section (DSCS) of a spheroid particle upon the optical surface is calculated which is compared with the Discrete Sources Method (DSM) proved the validity of the method and the influences of the incident angle and scattering angle on the DSCS are analyzed numerically in details. The results show that the influence of the incident angle on the scattering intensity is less at the smaller scattering angle, which can be concluded that the influence of the incident angle is more serious to the back scattering .The polarization effect and back scattering effect become weaker and weaker with the increase of the incident angle, which provide strong theoretical foundation to the nondestructive detector engineer.

Abstract: In order to try to reduce the influence of weld mark on the appearance quality and mechanical properties of plastic products, with the combination of injection molding simulation software and the orthogonal test design, reasonable test analysis programs was designed. Products weld mark depth was the evaluation index, and get the optimal parameter combination which could control the quality of the weld, then the results was verified by molding simulation. The results show that through the optimization of process parameters combination, the weld quality was improved and the negative impact on plastic parts was reduced.

Abstract: Based on analysis and comparison of forming processes of drawing part with flange holes and a bottom hole, a compound die was designed which can blank, draw, punch a bottom hole, punch two flange holes, trim in the same forming-position. This compound die can improve the part precision and productivity. The key design points and the working process of the compound die were also discussed.

Abstract: By utilizing Part Design to draw the 3D feature model of a plastic mould, some different ideas and methods can be used. If the features of the later Design Part are considered in term of 3D model design, it can largely shorten the period of mould design and improved the work efficiency. In this paper, the 3D model designing for the injection mould cavity was researched by Pro/E .

Abstract: this paper presents the basic operation principle, the hardware structure and software programming of the Integration of smart melting point apparatus, which composed by the microcontroller, temperature sensor, heating system, mixing system, keyboard and LCD display. After conducting repeated experiments, the results emerged: the temperature control accuracy of the instrument reach ± 0.2°C, linear temperature error is less than 0.5%. All indications comply with the national pharmacopoeia standards. With the character of simple hardware structure and scientific software algorithms, the temperature control can be achieved with low cost and high precision.

Abstract: The composite material gear was manufactured with modified PEEK materia1.The transient EHL solution of composite material gear was obtained by numerical simulation analysis in oil lubrication conditions.The simulation result of the composite material gear was compared with that of the steel-steel gear. The results show that the meshing oil film between composite material gear pair is thicker than that between steel-steel gear and the maximum oil film pressure in the meshing point between composite material gear is lower than that between steel-steel gear in the same conditions.

Abstract: A rotary spin-coating technology project is provided by the utility model patent in this work. It includes vacuum pump and chassis, speed display, power switch, suction piece switch, start switch and the speed control switch on the chassis panel, motor and speed controller in the chassis connected to the outside of the chassis bracket, the bracket beams fixed hanging umbrella cover, the ring hood under the umbrella cover on top of the face, the piece prop and tachometer probe in the ring hood, the chip tray fixed extended chassis top surface motor shaft, there is a solution injection tube on the top of the sheet tray in project; it has an annular heater chip at the bottom of the tray within the annular cover sheet around the motor shaft; In addition, there is an ultrasonic humidification pump, the pump output of the ultrasonic humidification communicating through the humidifying tubes with the annular cover. In above mentioned the annular cover connected to the exhaust pipe and the annular cover interior chamber. A temperature sensor is at the inside of the annular cover, and a temperature display panel on the panel of the chassis.

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics and working principle of the two-way cartridge check valve, the static and dynamic characteristics are analysed, the AMESim model is built, and the dynamic simulation of analysis is investigated. Through analyzing the simulation results to prove the rationality of the model.
