Abstract: Aimed at decreasing the tension variation during transforming process of 1+4 aluminum hot rolling mills unit in one factory of Henan, we analyzed the factors affecting tension variation and improved the tension formula of hot rolling mills process considering the influence of tension on forward slip value. The tension forming process of hot rolling mills from stand 1 to stand 4 is simulated, and the tension structure diagrams of the four-stands are constructed. Due to non-linear characteristics of the aluminum hot rolling mills tension system, conventional PID controller could not meet the requirement of the system. So we proposed the mixed control of Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller (CMAC) coupled with PID to solve the problem of online parameters control and we used Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm to optimize PID controller parameters. By simulation, it could be found that the using of PSO+CMAC significantly reduced surplus adjustment and transition time, and strip tension coupling degree among stands was also reduced.

Abstract: nfluential degree of different surface structures on stable output power of diesel engines under continuing work condition was evaluated, and relatively comprehensive reference optimizing micro-geometric morphology structure on cylinder liner surface was provided, through performing friction and wear experiments of cylinder liner and piston ring with three kinds of different surface structures: honing textured surface, no textured surface, and crater-grooved surface on an Optimal SRV IV oscillating friction and wear tester respectively, and analyzing effects of different surface structures on vibration of friction coefficient with power spectrum density. Results show that crater-grooved surface structure has smaller vibration value of friction coefficient under low loads and fluid lubrication state, while roughness determines vibration of friction coefficient under high loads and boundary lubrication state.

Abstract: The inductive voltage divider is usually used and calibrated at no-load situation, but it also used at taking load situation. For example in the situation of measuring voltage dependence of low voltage capacitors and detecting high voltage bridge, the inductive voltage divider need to take two specific capacitors. This paper have researched the influence of specific capacitive load on its ratio and deduced the analytical formula through related experiments and circuit model analysis when it takes capacitor. And use the method of connecting resistor in series to compensate its ratio accuracy to 1×10-6 degree.

Abstract: With the development of the high resolution micro display device and the virtual reality technology, head mounted display is now going to a commercial age. And the products of their own are also put forward to some special requirements: small volume, light quality, simple operation, object popularity. As the requirements at a suit, it needs excellent optical system design, electronic system design, structural design and many other fields together. In order to solve this problem, we use the software designer Zemax and compact a portable structure optical system, combined with 3D imaging hardware decoding technology, preliminary design a set of glasses declined display system. The system has a watching feeling as you see a 80 inch screen at 3 meters away.

Abstract: The design of domestic drying oven lacked theoretical basis and methods, especially a tool supporting experiments and verifying the results of theoretical research. This paper developed a platform, which can be used to automatically detect multi-point air temperature and wind speed from drying oven nozzle of printing and coating machines. The hardware design of platform achieves a four-axis positioning function by adopt a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate robot and an additional servo motor. The LabVIEW-based software design of platform achieves many functions, including multi-axis positioning control, data acquisition and processing, data interface and operation interface. This platform contributes to research work for drying oven.

Abstract: to deal with the problems caused by the fixed stabilator, the movable stabilator and its installation angle control system have been researched in this paper. Base on the analysis of the influence of movable stabilator on helicopter longitudinal flying qualities, the control structure of the installation angle control system has been designed and its parameters are figured out with SQP method. The control system raised in this paper could be useful to instruct the movable stabilator installation angle control system design.

Abstract: Introduced the particulIarity circumstances of polar exploration buoy in contrast to normal buoy., raised the important academic value and practical meaning of the research of failure of the polar ocean observing buoys. This paper is based on ,a pair of gear pieces in hydraulic system of polar buoy, and made the virtual prototype simulation experiment on the fault gear pieces. By comparing of the normal meshing with broken teeth meshing which drew the presence of failures, and then analysis the CM acceleration both in time-domain and frequency-domain of fault gear in different rotating speeds, which verify the correctness of the simulation.

Abstract: Hot strip mill in steel rolling process of induction heating is more and more widely used, because temperature distribution of the billet into the furnace is uneven, the artificial control of heating furnace is difficult to reach temperature accuracy and stability. This project using hierarchical optimization method, connect to Siemens PLC using PPI protocol, and through data modeling method to build the billet heating process model, using stochastic optimization method to obtain the optimum heating voltage curve and passed to the PLC. PLC using a segmented PID algorithm to achieve the voltage curve tracking control. The experimental results show that the hierarchical optimization structure achieved very good results.

Abstract: Based on the orthogonal experiment, this paper studied the combined effect of grinding parameters and chamfer size on grinding-hardened layers depth formed in grinding-hardening machine. The results show that, while the workpiece was chamfered, the grinding-hardened layers depth would lessen owing to the decreasing of metal removal in per unit time. On this experimental condition, the effect orders of grinding parameters and chamfer size on the average value of grinding-hardened layers depth are as follow, grinding parameters avchamfer degree α and chamfer height h. In actual application, it should adopt suitable combinations of grinding parameters and chamfer size according to the requirements of the grinding-hardened layers depth to minimize the burrs size and maximize the productivity of grinding-hardening machine.
