Abstract: In order to reduce the rate that child passengers injury their chest and head in a collision, parameter analysis of child restraint system is performed. Based on multi-body dynamics software MADYMO, child occupant crash simulation model is built. In accordance with the laws and regulations, the validity of the model is verified. Damage criterions, such as head the centroid synthesis of acceleration, HIC36 and resultant chest acceleration, are used to analyze the influence of different coefficients on childs injury, including friction between booster seat and vehicle seat, safety belt stiffness and friction between the dummy and safety belt. Results show that increasing the coefficient of friction of boost seat bottom and seat belt by coating them with friction material can reduce childs head and chest injuries significantly during the collision.

Abstract: In an unmanned yard, some parameters of the system would change due to equipments wear and deformed. These changes resulted in the 3D reconstruction parameters changing. The inaccuracy of the 3D reconstruction parameters decreases the system operating efficiency and result in the waste of resources and energy. In this paper, a rapid laser parameter calibration algorithm was discussed, the experiment result in a real unmanned yard show this method is feasible.

Abstract: With the advance of society, more and more attention is paid on food safety problem. As the main tool of refrigerated transport, refrigerated truck is the most significant part in cold chain. The current situation of Chinese food cold chain industry and the development of refrigerated truck are presented, and main problems existing are analyzed. Some proposals, which may gaide the development of Chinese cold chain in some degree, are tabled.

Abstract: Aiming at improving the decision ability of artillery reconnaissance radar by map work and field reconnaissance, A decision evaluation system of networking artillery radar was realized. Basic principle, hardware structure and software structure of the system were discussed. This system is then developed with tools of VC++6.0 and SQLServer. According the principle of Least Squares and weight value of radar precision, the data fusion algorithm of exploding point data based on several networking radar was designed. The shooting results show that the system improves the automatic command ability and measure precision of exploding point.

Abstract: Visual emulation Technology is one of the important parts of VR systems. It takes charge of Vision issue in VR systems, and is the most important fact to affect the immersive of the system. To deal with the difficulties of one type artillery radar, such as limited training field, serious radar loss and expensive training outlay, a training simulator system is realized based on scene simulation technologies. Composition structure, function module and key technologies of the system are discussed first. This system is then developed with tools of Multigen-Creator, Vega, VC++6.0, and a living virtual battlefield environment is created. The emulation pictures are listed, the results show that the emulation system simulates operation process of artillery radar livingly and can meet the requirements of real time emulation.

Abstract: Ocean wave energy is one kind of potential renewable energy, and the devices of using wave energy generate power are varied. This paper put forward a new method of using wave turbine to absorb wave energy, then output mechanical energy through mechanical drivers to generator, finally convert to electric energy by generator directly. Generally, structure design of the wave-wing is very important to the device. It is the important component of the device for absorbing wave energy. For this study, we designed the 3D modeling of the floating wave power device through SolidWorks software, and produced the wave turbine on proportion of 1:1. We had tested the wave turbine in the pool of the laboratory and obtain the torque and power under certain conditions.

Abstract: Establish the simplified model of 215 clutch. Then made grid division and apply the boundary conditions to the model to do CFD analysis in ANSYS CFX module. According to the results, a new pressure plates structure is suggested. The gap between the supporting platforms against the diaphragm spring is designed into bevel and the number of the supporting platform is increased from 6 to 9. The result of the new structure shows that the air flows quickly than the original one. In other words, the convection between the air and the pressure plate is improved, and it contributes to reduce the temperature rise.

Abstract: Different from the Slippage shipment, when platform trailers have been used for shipment, the weight of large-scale structure objects evenly distributes on the small wheels axles. Because of tires deformation that generates by trailers continuing to moving to the barge, the surface contact between the wheels and ground makes the load gradually acts on the barge, and meanwhile the center of gravity also changes which is inconvenient to the actual load adjustment. In this research, based on analyzing the heavy trucks tire deformation curve and according to the relevant theories, the contact length of the tire and ground can be calculated. With the trailers gradually move forward, the load equally distributes to each column of the trailers wheels.

Abstract: t is very important to improve the quality of road managing, energy conservation and emission reduction to achieve lighting energy saving of highway tunnel. It used cloud model and processed the pulse waveform data when the vehicle went through loops to estimate speed; it kept the estimation of speed as the decision basis of vehicles position to estimate the vehicles position; at last, it was supposed to make the error of position estimation correct real-time to judge the position of vehicle accurately, which lighting equipments were controlled by lighting controller, so as to realize illumination on demand. The simulation and experiment results show that the algorithm can realize the measurement of vehicles position inside the highway tunnel, for purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.

Abstract: According to the requirement of the U.N. for the rate and function of dud, this paper proposes a project to improve mechanical structure of original submunition combing with the development status of submunition in China. With the characteristics of submunition fuzes structure and working environment, one kind of preliminary storage centrifugal action mechanism is designed in the paper. The principle and process of action are also elaborated. The paper makes calculation of reliability and does dynamic simulation by stages according to working process of submunition. Calculation and simulation results demonstrate that preliminary storage centrifugal action mechanism can be reliable and achieves the aim of design.
