Abstract: According to the road load spectrum and the given engines parameters of a car, a comprehensive test method which can analyze and optimize the reliability life of gear and bearing assembly for FF mechanical transmission has put forward. This test method can diagnose the fatigue damaged components of the transmission and provide experimental support for optimizing the structure of the transmission as well as improving the transmission performance and the overall fatigue life.

Abstract: This paper studies on a new type design of a real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis system of equipment. The system uses subject knowledge, such as sensor technology, neural network and embedded systems. It regards system voltage and current as the monitoring goals at the same time and shows the text of the system malfunction on the liquid crystal display. The paper introduces a new system monitoring approach combined with text, sound, light alarm to achieve the goal that the process of operating the equipment is safe, stable, balanced and low loss.

Abstract: When the ultrasonic transducer forwardly operates, it needs excitation signal to produce ultrasonic wave. We analyzed the ultrasonic transducer and learned from the experience in the actual project. And got two plans to drive the ultrasonic transducer through the pulse excitation and resonance methods. Both plans have been used in the current wind speed and flow rate measurements. Both are stable, feasible and reliable.

Abstract: The stability of the high voltage arm resistors has a strong influence on the performance of the resistance high DC voltage divider. So by analyzing the main parameters that affect the resistor value change, including voltage coefficient, power coefficient and so on, a new matching method is proposed to make a high precision high DC voltage divider in this paper. Based on the principle of pairing the resistors and adjusting the big and small ones, a high precision high DC voltage divider could be made with the voltage variation less than 0.005%, even on the condition of using high voltage coefficient and power coefficient resistors.

Abstract: An ARM11-based vehicle rollover warning system is designed in this paper in order to prevent vehicle rollover occurred while driving. Monitor the vehicle real-time roll angular velocity and roll angle via sensors and Multi-level Recursive Model is used to predict the vehicle roll attitude. When the predicted roll reach to the limit conditions then trigger the alarm to remind driver to be careful and to take appropriate measures, so as to prevent vehicle rollover accidents. Vehicle rollover warning system software is designed based on VB 2005, Matlab and NI Measurement Studio, results between simulation and real vehicle test show that vehicle rollover warning system can predict vehicle rollover timely and accurately, which can improve vehicle active safety.

Abstract: In this paper, the current domestic and overseas research status of subsurface drilling robots was investigated, and then, the theoretical basis, performance and defects of application of the main methods of subsurface detection technology was analyzed and compared. According to the requirements of subsurface detection system of drilling robot, authors propose to build the detection systems of subsurface drilling robot on miniaturized impulse GPR. Relative research results will strongly support the development of subsurface drilling robot, and it is ofgreat practical significance and social benefits tocarry on further studyof the subsurface exploration, development and rescue technology.

Abstract: Based on the one-dimensional and unsteady flow theory of gas dynamics and acoustic analysis method, a thermodynamics and acoustics model of single cylinder diesel engine was established, then the model was realized using GT-Power. A method combined with mechanic analysis and acoustic prediction was presented. With this method, the influence of compression ratio, inlet and outlet channels, intake valve and exhaust valve timing on engine exciting force and noise is analyzed. Then the optimization value of each factor is determined to improve the muffler. The intake and exhaust noise of the optimized engine is simulated with this model, the simulating results indicated that the exhaust noise reduces 2.6~3dB, and the intake noise reduces 1.1~1.4dB.

Abstract: Detailed flowfield measurements are made in the end-wall region of a four-stage low-speed large-scare axial compressor test rig. Two ten-hole survey boundary layer probes, one four-hole pneumatic probe, and six dynamic pressure probes each bedded with a high-frequence response Kulite sensor, are designed and manufactured to aid the test. Boundary layer region and mainflow region can be clearly distinguished from the boundary layer measurement results. A few parameters, including boundary layer thickness, displace thickness, momentum loss thickness, energy loss thickness and blockage coefficient are calculated based on the measurements. Results from turbulent boundary layer empirical formula of plate are in good agreement with the mesurements, indicating a way of boundary layer effect estimation. The evolution trajectory of TCV is identified evidently by dynamic pressure measurements. The maximum aerodynamic load point on the blade moves from the trailing to the leading edge as flowrate decreases, which leads to the forward movement of the tip clearance vortex inception point.

Abstract: With Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) as the control core, this paper designed automation and control system of industrial. Protection and control of crusher stall is the main contents of this article. According to the control requirements of the industrial production process, stall control system of crusher was designed. This system included the liquid level monitoring of lubricating System, crushers start, crushers speed monitoring, crushers speed transformation and protection design of crushers stall. Then we simulated the functions which the system can achieve, and got the monitoring chart in the human-machine interface.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of small storage space and low calculation power in lighting dimming system for wireless sensor networks, a light dimming algorithm based on users activities for wireless sensor networks is proposed. It adopts linear programming to get the optimal solution of the light dimming model and get a relatively optimal illumination adjustment vector. Experiment results indicate that the lighting system has the lower energy consumption and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction using the proposed light dimming algorithm.
