Abstract: At present, in order to improve the yield of grasslands, artificial grasslands are largely constructed, which has a great significance to improve the ecological environment. The researches on greenhouse gases (Carbon Dioxide, Methane and Nitrous Oxide) fluxes of artificial grassland are lacking and the exchange of fluxes has a great impact on global greenhouse gases balance. We summarize the researching progress on greenhouse gases exchanging fluxes from artificial grassland, and we analyze the similarities and differences of greenhouse gases exchanging fluxes between artificial grasslands and natural grasslands by the way of comparisons.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the concept and content of the road domain ecosystem ecological integration and its relationship with ecosystem health. Based on PSR framework, the ecological integrated measurement model was built, which divided the ecological integration into three subsystems, pressure, state and response. By constructing various subsystems indicators, the road domain ecosystem ecological integration was quantified by using the comprehensive evaluation method. On this basis, the ecological integration index was calculated along the highway at different distances of Yichang to Badong highway. The result shows that the road domain ecosystem ecological integration is relative to the distance on both sides of the highway. In the range of 0-5m, the ecological integration index is only 0.0408, which is gradually rising with distance increasing. To the range of 100-200m, the ecological integration index reaches 0.9343, which is close to the normal ecosystems level. This result is mainly related to the road construction disturbance. When it is closer to the road, the interference intensity is greater and the impact on the ecosystem is more obvious, which leads to the worse ecological integration. Conversely, the ecological integration is better.

Abstract: China is facing serious environmental pollution problems and the increasingly worsening water pollution as well as frequent sudden water pollution accidents has become the most notable one. Based on theory of risk prediction and group decision, a series of emergency management methods in dealing with sudden water pollution accidents was presented. In which grey system theory was used in the prediction of sudden water pollution accidents and a GM(1,1) model was given. The results gotten from the GM(1,1) model might be useful in improving our ability of the prevention and treatment of emergent accidents. At the same time, the method of multiple group decision-making was used to illustrate the progress of making decision in real-time event of sudden water pollution accidents. This method will help the decision maker make effective decisions under emergency situation which will reduce the probability of risk, minimize losses, and guarantee the national economic and social security.

Analyzing the necessity of environmental education, the paper explores the function and character of library to reveal the responsibility and advantages of library in environmental education. Given the fact that many problems exist in environmental education of library, this article sets up a national environmental education network by learning relative experience from Russia.

Abstract: The rapid development of tourism has brought us great economic benefits. However, more and more negative effect on ecology has begun to emerge with large resources and energy consumption. At present, how to improve harmonious development of tourism economy and ecological environment has been a study focus. The mathematic model of the relationship between tourism economy and ecological environment was constructed in this paper, in order to achieve an empirical analysis on the harmonious development of tourism economy and the ecological environment in Harbin City from 2000 and 2010. The results shows that the alternative augmentation of tourism economy and the ecological environment has improved from being slight disorder to being primary coordinated. The tourism economy and the ecological environment share a positive interaction and harmonious development with a coupling coordination. Nevertheless, the level of coupling degree and coordination is still too low. And some countermeasures should be taken to promote the sustainable development of tourism.

Abstract: The great amount of resource consumption and the depletion of metal rich primary ores are the main driving forces to develop and utilize the valuable resource hiding in urban mines. Although urban mining possesses several advantages such as lower energy consumption, less cost and easier to develop and less pollution than conventional primary mining, the various wastes generated in the urban mining become a burden for the society because of poor organization production and the implementation of the strict environmental regulations. This paper investigated the environmental problems and the wastes characterization in development and utilization by taking secondary copper as an example. The main pollutants discharged in secondary copper production were exhaust gas containing POPs and metals, waste water of heavy metals and acid water, and the residues of melting and electrolytic plants. The toxic pollutants like heavy metals asked for appropriate dumping and disposal to prevent the damage to the environment.

Abstract: Ecological problems have severely affected the sustainable development of Chinas economy and society, and the low-carbon economy model an effective way that balances environmental protection and economy development. institutional restriction, planning, the entire society's attention and participation, and positively participation into international communication and cooperation shall be taken into consideration to develop the low-carbon economy and promote the improvement and protection of ecological environment.

Abstract: Considering the operability of the environmental management type zoning in the paper industry, the evaluation index system of resources and environment carrying capacity is divided into two sub-index systems of the raw materials bases and paper industry. The weight of each index is evaluated by the AHP method, the index is calculated by the grey cluster assessment. The environmental management districts in both of the raw material forest base and paper industry were typified by using the GIS analysis method, respectively. Ultimately the national paper industry resources and environment management type partition is integrated from the two kinds of partition by using a two-dimensional matrix method.

Abstract: In recent years, environment protection has been taken into account in the analysis of manufacturing strategy. However, according to investigation in Chinese manufacturing industry, the overall level of environment protection of top 100 companies is still low as a whole. This study proposed and tested an extended sand cone model from environment protection perspective. The research used structural equation modeling and data from a sample of 212 Chinese manufacturers based on IMSS-V. The results show that environment protection has direct, positive, significant effects on the other four manufacturing capabilities. It is observed that the predominant strategic model in these firms is one of multiple, non-incompatible capabilities with cumulative effects. This means that Chinese manufacturing firms are able to achieve excellent results in other manufacturing objectives simultaneously when they take efforts to practice environment protection.

Abstract: The space instead of time method was used to determine the species diversity and soil property in different succession stages in Karst rocky desertification area, in China. The species diversity of herb layer was digressive and that of tree layer, shrub layer and the whole community were increased first and then decreased, the peak value appeared in the rattan thorn scrub stage, the lowest appeared in the grass stages. At the beginning of succession, the species diversity of herb layer was higher than that of shrub layer. With the closing time increased, the diversity of the shrub layer increased more than that of herb layer. There had the same change trend in velocity nitrogen, organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus. There was significantly linear positive correlation between the total nitrogen, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, pH, available phosphorus and the species diversity and richness of the herb layer.
