Abstract: China is developing at relatively high speed, not only the regional development speed should be focused upon, but also the environmental impact of economic growth should be paid attention to, especially the level change of carbon dioxide emission. To some degree, quantity of carbon dioxide emission has become one of the most important indexes for measuring quality of a nations economic growth. Thus, this thesis is trying to analyze the driving relations between economic growth and carbon dioxide. Upon STIRPAT model, ridge regression method and elasticity theory are applied to analyze the influencing factors of carbon dioxide quantity such as the population quantity, Chinas urbanization process, per capita GDP, energy density and the percentage of the secondary industry. Correspondingly, based on the different influencing variables to carbon dioxide emission quantity, needy measures are brought out to control and decrease emissions. Feasible suggestions are trying to improve Chinas economic development quality.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems of energy saving and emission reduction in China's logistics industry. It combines with the experience in energy saving and emission reduction of developed countries and the implementation of the policies and regulations, to propose key policies and regulations of the transition to low-carbonization in logistics industry from three aspects: (1) developing the standard of energy saving and emission reduction in logistics industry; (2) promoting the research and application of new technology of energy saving and emission reduction in logistics; (3) strengthening the management of transportation through informatization construction.

Abstract: In the modern society, enterprises role in the energy conservation and emissions reduction has been strengthened constantly and gradually becomes an important subject of energy conservation and emissions reduction. This paper makes a simple introduction of the related situation of enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction in Jilin province, analyzes the incentive dynamics of energy conservation and emissions reduction in enterprises, taking industrial enterprises as example, selects the corresponding indicators, does a quantitative analysis, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on establishment of incentive mechanism of energy conservation and emission reduction for enterprises in Jilin Province.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of major problems on energy saving and emission reduction for Chinas logistics industry, this paper proposes the strategic objectives and strategic focus to energy saving and emission reduction of the logistics industry, and discusses possible ways for the achievement of energy saving and emission reduction in the logistics industry from multiple aspects. It also proposes key policies and regulations to the transition of logistics industry to low-carbonization from aspects of low-carbon energy policy, low-carbon technology policy and low-carbon industrial policy, thus to build the multi-cooperated low-carbon economic governance structure by government, enterprises and public.

Abstract: Based on the land use and land cover changes from 1995 to 2010, the relationship of land use and carbon emissions was estimated, using existing calculate model Change of land use-carbon emissions. The carbon emissions caused by farmland, forest, garden plot, and construction land were estimated, furthermore, the influence of carbon emission was revealed. Finally, the problems that facing G.D. province in the view of carbon reduction was analyzed, and several suggestions was brought out.

Abstract: The global warming and energy crisis have attracted great attentions of the whole world in recent years. Low-carbon community has been accordingly proposed to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions and accelerate a prosperous low carbon economy. In this paper, the theoretical and conceptual analysis of various low carbon related concepts, including low carbon community, were summarized. The development planning of low carbon community in developed countries and their corresponding practices were reviewed. Current status in development of low carbon community in China was also thoroughly discussed.

Abstract: This article investigates the improvement and supplement of carbon balance trading under the framework of ecological compensation from three angles: different set of ecological compensation problem from the resource space, environmental finance market and market incentives of technology innovation, concluding that market-oriented environmental resource allocation has higher efficiency and superiority. At the same time, establishment and efficient operation of the carbon balance market needs strong government support, and the government initial definition of property rights is crucial. At last, the paper puts forward measures and suggestions of carbon market transaction.

Abstract: China needs to deal with climate change and air pollution. Both of them result from burning of fossil fuel. The Possible-Satisfiablity model is used to calculate optimum carbon emissions restrained by climate change and air pollution. The highest coordinate is (17.33, 0.41) in the P-S degree curves calculated under the restriction of climate change; while the highest coordinate is (10.84, 0.33) in the P-S degree curves under the restriction of environment. Environmental restriction on energy consumption and CO2 emissions is much stricter than the restriction of climate change.

Abstract: The development of China 's low carbon economic needs to be based around characteristics of various regions and take some targeted measures, so we need to understand the characteristics of the CO2 emissions and the driving force of the influence factors. In this paper, the author based on the calculated basic data to analyze on China's low carbon pilot provincess CO2 emission characteristics and use Kaya model to decompose the factors influencing the size and driving forces. The results show that Tianjins type is high emission and high efficiency, Guangdongs type is low emission and high efficiency, Liaonings type is high emission and low efficiency, Chongqings type is moderate emission and moderate efficiency, Hubeis type is moderate emission and low efficiency, Shanxi and Yunnans type are low emission and low efficiency. The revelation we get from the result is the CO2 strength reduction in various provinces has great potential, accordingly, we put forward different countermeasures for different regions.

Abstract: In this paper, through 1995-2010 data, it studies population size of Xinjiang, population urbanization and population industrial structure, which have some degree impact on carbon emissions. Through empirical analysis suggests that the size of the population curbs carbon emissions, urbanization and industrial structure have a positive relationship with carbon emissions. Finally, the resource-rich Xinjiang, the paper puts forward corresponding energy saving policy.
