Abstract: it is an urgent task for all the global countries to develop low-carbon economy, and it requires the participation of enterprises. Enterprises should take a broad and long-term view on the new marketing concept to seize the opportunity by implementing low-carbon marketing and establishing low-carbon marketing concept. As long as more and more enterprises in China engage in low-carbon marketing, the low-carbon economy of this country is more likely to flourish. In the future marketing competition, the simple 4P concept will increasingly be challenged by the concept of low-carbon marketing. The present study is to work out some concrete proposals for carrying out low-carbon marketing by enterprises.

Abstract: Reverse logistics is becoming more important in overall industry area owing to the environmental and economic factors. Planning and building a reasonable reverse logistics system could bring more profit, customer satisfaction and a nice social picture for companies. The energy-intensive industry is an important part of Chinas industry. We try to construct a reverse logistics system of the energy-intensive industries with the perspective of circular economy in this paper, which aims to reduce resources consumption and environmental pollution, and to promote economical, social and ecological environment development.

Abstract: The development of low-carbon economy is a revolution which has involved in the mode of production, lifestyles and values and is also an important way that China should take so as to cope with the challenge of global climate change and promote the technological innovation. The development of low-carbon economy is in line with the scientific and sustainable development concept which should be followed in China. It is in accordance with China's construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. This paper discusses the low-carbon economy from four aspects: its connotations, features, problems and countermeasures.

Abstract: An overview on the current situation of economic, resource and environmental system in Ordos city shows that there exist some problems, such as wealth gap, irrational industrial structure, pressures on resources exploitation and environmental pollution. The economic development in Ordos depends on coal resource while the exploitation results in water shortage and environmental pollution. In order to realize the sustainable development of ecological economic system, a system dynamics model, which coordinates the subsystems of economy, resources and environment, is constructed and resource utilization efficiency, environmental protection and economical development are considered as systemic parameters to forecast the development trend of Ordos. Then, sustainability of four development modes are compared via setting its control parameters together with a introduced resource-environment loss rate. Finally, we make a conclusion that the Harmonious development-oriented mode makes the GDP growing moderately and the economic losses of resources and environment destruction are under control and the losses decrease gradually, realizing the benign balance between the economic benefit and ecological benefit.

Abstract: Taking new lifestyle as a breakthrough perspective for innovative design, ways to merge the Low carbon concept into industrial design method are studied in terms of the design investigation, design orientation, design concepts, and the modeling design and so on. A clear definition of Lifestyle was proposed, then, the method of measuring Lifestyle model was constructed by VIO scale. As a very typical representative, the post-80's the lifestyle was analyzed who proved the main small-household electrical appliances consumer groups. Mi-sa washing machine design as an example verified the effectiveness, practicality and innovativeness of the method. The result show that the low-carbon industrial design in the true sense should depend on the modern lifestyle and consumer habits.

Abstract: The electric power industry is the energy basic industry of the country, which serves the development of the national economy, but also consumes a lot of energy, and causes heavy pollution to the ecological environment. This paper made investigation on low-carbon development status of the power industry in Shandong Province, identify the problems, and pertinently bring forward countermeasures of low-carbon development of electric power industry in Shandong Province.

Abstract: This thesis is focused on the relationship between the low-carbon performance indicator and financial performance indicator of the oil enterprise with social responsibility from the case of the CNPC. In the short run, the role of environment protection assumed by the oil enterprise will cause the extra cost and subsequent lower financial performance. After the correlation analysis of CSR report of CNPC from 2006 to 2011, the result shows that taking social responsibility, developing low-carbon economy, improving the efficiency of energy utilization and cleaning the energy structure will bring positive influence on the enterprise financial performance. Therefore, in the long run, there is a significant correlation between the low-carbon performance indicator and financial performance.

Abstract: Industrial clusters are complex networks formed by numerous agents who continuously imitate, learn from each other and make optimal choice accordingly. The paper uses random learning game and multi-agent system models to construct a Chinese traditional industrial clusters low carbon evolution model and introduce an algorithm based on the network external effect and characteristics of agents adaptive behavior. Then the simulation of low-carbon competition, emergence and evolution was conducted, which produced some valuable conclusions.

Abstract: In this paper, framework of eco-compensation mechanism has been mapped by using principle of system engineering and "layer-by-layer decomposition", combining with the resource of documents and data. Combining with eco-environmental compensation of Yulin coal mining exploration areas, this system framework can be decomposed and its process and mechanism of action can be imitated. Then a general conclusion will be drawn. All that will provide a theoretical basis for our government departments to develop policies of ecological compensation for coal resource exploration areas.

Abstract: Building an index system of circular economy evaluation scientifically, evaluating the state of development of circular economy correctly, is not only main contents of the circular economy research, but also an important way to achieve the sustainable development of circular economy. Based on promulgated by the government, combined with the actual development of Ningbos circular economy, a comprehensive evaluation index system of Ningbos circular economy development has been built. And therefore the state of circular economy development from 2001 to 2011 has been evaluated dynamically.
