Abstract: Linear frequency modulated signal and the two-phase encoded signals are widely used in pulse compression radar system derived, based on the analysis of the two signals, a linear frequency modulated with chaotic two-phase coding complex modulated signals. Versatility advantages of simple structure, radar signal processing using DSP signal processing devices. TI's TMS320C6713 DSP as the core basis works to achieve a common structure, the composite modulation signal frequency domain digital pulse compression processing, given the realization of the system block diagram and pulse pressure results. The results showed that the composite modulation signal is easy to produce and handle, and works to achieve feasible.

Abstract: In order to enhance the resistance to interference of radar, introduced chirp and chaos BPSK two pulse compression signals principles, has analyzed the respective signal characteristics. Based on MATLAB simulation, from 5 aspect analysis and comparisons the performance of these two radar pulse compression signals. The results show that when these two pulse pressure signals can meet is big request of wide band width, the signal after pulse pressure have the ratio of high.

Abstract: Quick and highly efficient warning is critical in any emergency evacuation. From the issuing of warning until action taken by people in response, the entire course is a very complex process which is restrained by social, economic, population and other factors. To study the diffusion characteristics of warning in the social network environment as well as the relevant influencing factors, under the guidance of complex system theory and multi-agent modeling method, this paper analyzes the six stages in the diffusion process of warning and builds a diffusion model of warning on the multi-agent software platform Repast based on WS small world network model. Through the study of the simulation results, we find that the diffusion of warning is similar to the diffusion of other information, which showed a similar S-curve.

Abstract: As one of the major projects, urban subway plays an important role in the city development. However, therere a lot of uncertain risks throughout the entire construction process, any improper handling may lead to serious safety accidents and incalculable property damage, so it is essential to take full concentration in the urban subway risk management. Abstract: The economic loss forecasting model is built up on the basis of the Fourier series to simulate economic loss and grades in storm surge disaster of Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong Provinces. The wind speed can be used to forecast the economic loss of Guangdong Province, and the accuracy of trend and grade forecasting is good (80%). The wind power data can be used in Zhejiang and Fujian Provinces, and the accuracy results are both inferior (60%). Therefore, in the economic warning of storm surge disaster, the Fourier series model can be applied to forecast economic loss and grades.
