Abstract: Through the analysis about internal and external environment of Turpan Sand-Therapy tourism resources, the paper explicits that Turpan Sand-Therapy tourism has not only advantages like significant curative effect, rich cultural heritage and so on,but also some weaknesses such as the time seasonal, less product type and single function, etc. At the same time,it faces both opportunities and weaknesses from the outside.Finally,the article constructs the SWOT Strategic Analysis Matrix of the development of Turpan Sand-Therapy tourism resources, puts forward SO Strategy, WO Strategy, ST Strategy and WT Strategy for development of Turpan Sand-Therapy tourism resources , and provides a theoretical reference for the development of Sand-Therapy tourism in Turpan area.

Abstract: This paper introduces the censored effect on return in price limiting mechanism. And it establishes a censored-SS market model. The paper uses Chinas stock market trading data to estimate time-varying beta and does an empirical research. Finally by comparing the prediction errors of market model, SS market model and censored-SS market model it verifies the effectiveness of censored-SS market model. Moreover, it will lead to an underestimation of systemic risk when considering the time-varying characteristics but ignoring the factor of price limiting mechanism.

Abstract: Since we entered new century, the Internet has been widely applied in colleges. The high speed development of the Internet makes college students gradually cannot live without it, for their livings and study. The Internet can broaden their methods on how to get knowledges, information and open their outlook. However, The Internet is also a double-edged sword. When it leads the progress of the society, in the meantime, some network risk behaviors such as moral deficiency and illegal activities can be happened with this progress. This brought lots of drawbacks on college students physical and psychological health. How to face and solve this problem, and how to promote college students awareness on network security is the major issues of nowadays universities. This article lists some network risk behaviors, analyzes the reasons on why colleges students lack the awareness of network security. And here we provide some solutions.

Abstract: The seaport cluster is an important method to make full use of finite resources. According to SWOT analysis, the article proposed that the strengths of Qingdao ports focus on management, brand and information technology. Its weaknesses concentrate on the Inter-port contradiction, collecting and distributing system, and the international trans-shipment operations. The opportunities are the policies attention and the development of hinterland economy. However, the threats mainly come from Inter-port competition outside the Shandong Peninsula region. Through the analysis, Qingdao ports faced with far greater opportunities than threats. Therefore, in order to reduce the Inter-port competition and upgrade the whole competitive ability of Qingdao Peninsula ports, the implement of seaport clusters within Qingdao ports is imperative.

Abstract: With the expansion of consumer market and production scale, the effect of logistics in the enterprise management is also becoming increasingly prominent. But the individual enterprise's logistics system capacity is limited, can not meet the needs of production and consumption timely and the waste of resources in the operation process are the prominent problems in logistics management. This paper explored the logistics system integration ideas and workable solutions of production enterprise from integrated logistics system point of view.

Abstract: Since a large number of cheap rare earth from China entered the international market in the late 1980s, the rare earth structure in world started to change, and China replaced the United States as the largest rare earth producer and exporter. However, due to Chinas rare earth management and other factors, rare earth prices have rebounded. The foreign rare earth new production capacity is about to increase production in recent years, and the global rare earth structure will change in the future. Through analysis of rare earth import and export, as well as rare earth prices over the past decades in three major trading countries, China, Japan and the United States, this article points out that the diversified pattern of global rare earth supply will be formed, and China will continue to be the main supplier of the worlds rare earth. China should abandon the practice of one to support the global market in the past, and create a harmonious international trade environment.

Abstract: According to characteristics of selecting an overseas mineral project，such as a long period, high-risk and investment decisions in different phased, several stages is divided in the process of entire mineral investment decision-making. Using the method of the multi-stage real option pricing method, the compound option pricing model is to construct the investment in mineral based on the compound call option pricing formula of Geske model. Taking a company for example, we introduce the probability of success in different stages for sensitivity analysis. Selecting the lower successful probability at the exploration stage and higher at the mining stage to illustrate the availability and stability of the model, helping investors to make the right choice.

Abstract: The interrelationship between natural resource and economic development, hasn't reached an agreement. Some economists believe that rich natural resources promote economic growth. On the contrary, some economists think that rich natural resources hinder economic growth. Based on previous studies, this paper studies the relationship between natural resource and economic growth in our country. We try to explain the "Curse of Resources" through an example of Shanxi. Finally, we give some policy recommendations to avoid the "Curse of Resources".

Abstract: Based on content analysis of all 328 papers on investment environment published in Chinas core journals from 2000 to 2011, this paper conducts classified statistic and comparative analysis on the sample literature from the perspective of research history, literature sources, contents and methodologies. Both laterally and longitudinally, it provides the dynamic development and current research condition of Chinas investment environment research in the 12 years, and provides a helpful guidance for a better understanding of the development trend and research directions in the future of this field.
