Abstract: At present, the ontology learning research focuses on the concept and relation extraction; the traditional extraction methods ignore the influence of the semantic factors on the extraction results, and lack of the accurate extraction of the relations among concepts. According to this problem, in this paper, the association rule is combined with the semantic similarity, and the improved comprehensive semantic similarity is applied into the relation extraction through the association rule mining relation. The experiments show that the relation extraction based on this method effectively improves the precision of the extraction results.

Abstract: In research of SINS/GPS/SS integrated navigation system and multi sensor data fusion method, we proposed an adaptive federated Kalman filtering method based on convex optimization. The method uses real-time OLS-SVM obtained information distribution factor, so that the information distribution factor can change with the local filter performance. So that can make timely response to the performance and failure of local sensors and filter, which affects the whole system accuracy. The simulation results show that, the method has stronger adaptability of model and noise interference, can effectively restrain the divergence and improves the system precision and real time.

Abstract: The INS/GPS integrated navigation as the research object, based on in-depth analysis of the multiple model filter method, the convex optimization hybrid filtering method based on adaptive optimization. OLS-SVM method utilizes real-time to obtain the weighted value of the hybrid filter, enables the weight value can be varied with the real-time filtering effect of changes. Therefore, it can effectively improve the system robustness, thus affecting the estimation precision of the whole system. The simulation results show that, the method of state model instability and filter unreliable has strong adaptability, can effectively restrain the divergence of Kalman filter, which improves the system's accuracy and robustness.

Abstract: We experimentally achieved a VHF over Fast-Ethernet communication system for image transmission. The quality of image is studied with considering the antenna vertical relative angle of the transmitter and receiver and the distance between transmitter and receiver. The signal-to-noise ratio is also studied for analyzing the image quality in this paper.

Abstract: nner hole diameter measuring system based on capacitive sensor was introduced in this paper, the structure characteristic of coaxial cylindrical capacitive probe in measuring inner hole diameter was analyzed;aiming at the signal analysis and control for the whole measurement system, the equipotential guard ring technique was adopted to eliminate edge effect caused for the sensors effective measuring polar plate, the transform circuit with operational amplifier was adopted to overcome the nonlinear defects resulted from polar distance change, the driving cables technique was used to reduce the influence of parasitic capacitance;and then we realize the precision diameter measurement in holes any depth.

Abstract: TDOA is a common used positioning method. Its advantage is to overcome the disadvantage that positioning time reference is strictly required in TOA method, and the measurement method is relatively simple. AOA needs only two base stations to realise positioning in theory, but the positioning accuracy is lower. TDOA/AOA hybrid positioning algorithm can certainly overcome this limitation to realize high precision positioning. Kalman filter is an optimum regression data processing algorithm. It is applicated widely in various optimal filtering and optimal control problems. For most of the problems, it is optimal, the most efficient and even the most useful. In this article Kalman filter algorithm is utilized to estimate the value of TDOA and AOA, which is used for position calculating to improve the accuracy of positioning.

Abstract: Due to its portability, reliability, flexibility, real time and rich set of QoS support, Data Distribution Service (DDs) middleware became one of the best solutions for real time distributed manufacturing systems. Most of these systems are composed of heterogeneous networked devices where network bandwidth represents a very important resource. Those devices include limited-resources devices, such as sensors, actuators and controllers. Thus, controlling such resource will significantly enhance the overall performance of the network in terms of resource utilization, delay, and throughput; moreover, it reduces the cost of using leased network bandwidth by limiting the amount of bandwidth as much as needed. In this paper we propose a solution for controlling the limited-bandwidth networked manufacturing systems by using DDS; and we describe the DDS QoS polices that support manufacturing systems to control network bandwidth. Furthermore, we evaluate DDS middleware performance over Bluetooth channel by measuring latency, throughput and jitter; and examining different QoS parameters to show their effect on improving the existing limited-bandwidth networks.

Abstract: This study was base on the welding stress of recirculation pipe at Taiwan Power Company (TPC) which was the first nuclear power station (Chin-Shan) in Taiwan. Technicians or field engineers needed to understand the basic concepts of welding. When using internet processing system, the calculation time for obtaining the required data from the analysis of weld overlay stress had been reduced. Through the connection of internet and server the users entered the welding data from tables to the system, the analysis reports of the weld overlay stress were obtained in a few minutes. Moreover, the reliability in the analysis reports of the weld stress was examined and verified. Therefore, in the study the analysis process and programs developed were able to provide an accurate, simple, and fast analysis results and reports to users. Also, the weld analysis in a recirculation piping system was able to be used in the environmental evaluations.

Abstract: A digital filter based on DSP is designed in this paper, which is achieved through using linear buffer and shift double operation addressing. At the same time, FTSK data input through using CCS5000 simulation and the FTSK modulation signal is processed to output the desired waveform and spectrum. Experiments show that it has characters of high accuracy, good stability, easy transplantation, strong practicality and flexibility.
