Study on the Design Application of Product Materials — An Example of Smartphone Display Stand

Article Preview

Abstract:

The paper aims to study on the production materials and the quality design of smartphone display stand. Through the consensus opinions provided by experts, the study on identification and material attributes, such as strength, rigidity, toughness, use, value, durability, productive and low cost, of design applications of display stands can be achieved. Then the emphasis on choosing each material toward product design requirement can be understood, and the correct material application principles can also be provided. The mathematics model of GM(h,N) in the grey system theory is used to analyze the weighting of influence factors. Next, the order of importance of material factors can be calculated, which is able to promote the selection of smartphone display stand production materials. Finally, it can be a systematic selection structure to resolve the difficult material design application problems. By using the practical math analysis, the results can be the reference to the study on field in the future.
