Abstract: In recent years, digital simulation technology has been developing rapidly. Virtual piston is established by Solidworks easily. As is well-known that virtual piston can simulate the product all kinds of chatacter in the real environment. The results of simulation will be used to optimize piston design, in order to shorten the cycle, reduce the cost and improve the quality of products.

Abstract: Traditional syringe is using the stainless steel needles to inject the human body, this injection will not only cause pain, but will also cause bleeding in the skin, there is a potential risk of infection, in order to avoid the use of safe risk, needle free injection technology has been the international research hotspot in this field. The important technology of needle free injection is how to achieve drugs jet importing, which need strong drive-force and fast response power systems, so that pulse force will improve the piston of closed drug container to produce transient high pressure to force drugs extruded from micro hole, to form a high-speed jet micro fluidizer, that will penetrate rapidly the skin of the human or animal body to reach the drug absorption best parts. The existing power system is can be roughly divided into three types technically: compressed gas, fuel and hard spring. Traditional compressed gas law need to be equipped with a high-pressure gas storage and air compression device, which is bulky, expensive, energy-intensive and time-consuming, so it is very inconvenient to use. Similar with rocket technology, detonation fuel can provide enough thrust powerful to generate shock waves, but potentially dangerous and unstable factors are indeed worrying. Hard spring as power system is simpler than the above two kind of method, but it is a little difficult to operate. As a solution, adding the effect of permanent magnetic damping, a pneumatic needle free syringe successfully designed with high efficiency, low labor intensity, easy to operate, a slight noise, and adjustable injection force, which is facilitate to the use of clinical staff, and has a very good market prospects.

Abstract: Air curtains are commonly used to cut off air flow between the cold store and hot environment, and reduce heat and mass transfer in order to maintain the low temperature in the cold store. CFD can be used to predict operation rule of air curtain used in the cold store intuitively and modelling is the most important part of numerical simulation of air curtain used in the cold store. In this study, different numerical models including standardmodel (with and without boussinesq approximation) and RSM (with and without boussinesq approximation) were used to simulate the temperature field and air flow field in the cold store and operation rule of air curtain used in the cold store after air curtain opened for 60s. Meanwhile, the actual operation of air curtain used in the cold store was tested and the simulation values were compared with the experimental values. The results showed that the velocity of the central mainstream decayed slowly, but the velocity of both sides of air curtain decayed fast. The optimal model used to predict the temperature field and air flow field in the cold store and operation rule of air curtain used in the cold store was standardmodel with boussinesq approximation, the relative error was within 20%. The optimal model can be used to predict the temperature field and air flow field in the cold store during different times in the future research.

Abstract: A robot shoulder joint should have good kinematic performance and workspace, but the structural parameters of shoulder joint directly affect the workspace. In order to increase the workspace of shoulder joint, a novel robot shoulder joint based on 3-DOF orthogonal spherical parallel mechanism is proposed. This paper studied the influence on its workspace affected by the variation of structural parameters of the connecting rod, frame connecting rod, rod diameter of this shoulder joint mechanism. Based on the consideration of mechanical constraint, the objective function of the optimal structural parameters of the shoulder joint is established. Having the maximum the workspace, the structural parameters of shoulder joint are gained.

Abstract: Kinematics research of mechanism is very important, the dynamic analysis and the design are based on linematics analysis. In this paper, a novel robot hip joint based on 3-RRR orthogonal spherical parallel mechanism is proposed, and Jacobin matrix is established. Then the linematics transmission performance evaluation index is defined. Furthermore the linematics transmission performance index is analyzed. The hip joint has good linematics transmission performance at the initial position. With the increase of workspace, linematics transmission performance gradually decreased. 3-RRR parallel mechanism is the ideal prototype of bionic robot and rehabilitation robot hip joint.

Abstract: This paper describes the comparison on the approaches of bearing lubricant oil-thickness testing .The comparison and analysis involves in the areas of classification of methodsbackground theoryapplied range and experiment between refined optical method and new ultrasonic method. The result of optical method modify the result of ultrasonic method, which has a guidance on the development of testing lubricant oil-film thickness. It describes an ultrasonic array , based on the traditional single-element transducer. In this way, the two dimensional oil-thickness distributions can be extracted by data processing. The development of ultrasonic approach benefits the goal of monitoring bearing lubrication condition online , which demonstrates the potential value of the ultrasonic approach. The implications for improved measurement methods are then discussed.

Abstract: The application of motorcycles electro-hydraulic servo road simulation system is based on the modeling and the simulating. The model with the systems feature and parameter is finished,and analyzed the closed loop frequency characteristic of the system ,and proved that the simulation met the request of the fact. In the paper,the PID controller is designed based on the Matlab/Simulink. The system is controlled used in PID controller.The precision meet the request of the road status,and the system can reappear the stochastic waveform.

Abstract: The adsorption of polyelectrolyte chains on plate are studied using coarse-grained, bead-spring molecular models and Molecular dynamics computer simulation. It has been applied for studying the formation of polyelectrolyte brushes confined in the plates via the Lennard-Jones potential. The simulation result shows that the polyelectrolyte chains adsorption density is strongly affected by the length of the block carries the positive charge. Correspondingly, the counterions are added to the system. Upon changing the polyelectrolyte chain length N from 8 to 48, the profile of adsorption density decline between N=8 to N=18, and then rise. It has a minimum at N=18.These initial findings can be used as a guide for the preparation of actual polyelectrolyte brushes on plate by the adsorption approach.
