Abstract: In accordance with the feature of pure delay in monitor AGC system for hot rolling mill, a new self-tuning PI Smith prediction controller based on chaotic particle swarm optimization (CPSO) is developed. The algorithmic principle and design method of new controller are given. Based on the typical monitor AGC model of tandem hot mill, the analysis of dynamic performance for traditional PI Smith prediction controller and CPSO self-tuning PI Smith prediction controller is done by MATLAB. The simulation results indicate that CPSO self-tuning PI Smith prediction controller has faster response and higher static accuracy than traditional PI Smith prediction controller.

Abstract: This article analyzing the importance of PID in the design of the temperature process controller for hybrid injection mould machine. The injection mould machine is a basic requirement of plastic. Its process to mould the items through adjustment of proper temperatures realized desired shapes. And it is very indispensable to maintain these desired temperatures. PID controller is used as an industrial process controller. It may not get satisfying results when used as a temperature process controller. The temperature process has the characteristics of non-linearity, large inertia and time variations. To solve these problems, this article put forward an effective controller design by introducing PID in the designing of temperature process controller. The paper drafted the performance analysis of PID controller versus based controller designs.

Abstract: Intelligent lighting technology is a positive meaning to energy saving. At the present design, control modes, design principle and implementation method on the intelligent lighting system were introduced from two aspects of both hardware and software. Based on single chip microcomputer of AT89C51, light sensitive transistor and human body heat releasing infrared sensor were used to collect signals of both light intensity and human body so as to open and close lamps or regulating the room brightness. The software of PROTEL-99-SE was adopted to design circuits of SCM minimum system, circuits of collecting human body and light sensitive signals, LCD display circuit. Moreover, the assembly language is used to write the control program, which is input into the software of Proteus to simulate functions of the intelligent lighting system. Results show that the intelligent lighting system effectively work, and hardware circuits is reasonable.

Abstract: During RTP(Rapid Thermal Processing),temperature control precision and uniformity of wafers are the two key factors that impact the performance of wafers significantly. Based on the model obtained through the heating characteristic analysis of RTP device designed by Robot Lab of NCUT, a combined Fuzzy-PID controller is proposed. It was designed and optimized by using MATLAB Fuzzy toolbox and prepared with conventional PID strategy. The results of simulations show that the Fuzzy-PID controller solves the overshoot of temperature and has better abilities than conventional PID. In consideration of the parallel structure of Fuzzy-PID and the control of auxiliary equipments, FPGA was selected as the core processing chip to realize the design of temperature control card. Finally, based on Verilog HDL, the Fuzzy-PID controller was realized on FPGA, ensuring the precision of temperature and controlling the auxiliary equipments stably.

Abstract: The flywheel battery can replace the chemical battery of aircraft energy system completely or partly,and can improve the supply ability,service life and reliability of vehicle energy system.The flywheel battery charging/ discharging control model circuit in the d-and q-axes has been established through the analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the PWM converter mathematical model and the use of the gyrator principle. And the control strategy of the flywheel battery charging/ discharging magnetic field oriented vector has been studied based on the model.The simulation and experimental results show that the control performance of the flywheel battery using the control strategy is good,and can meet the requirements of the aircraft energy system.

Abstract: This paper show a parameter self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller which was designed by using fuzzy logical rules, and the rules aiming at characteristics of constant pressure water-supply system such as nonlinear, multi-parameters and long time delay. The controller can online auto tuning PID parameters to select the appropriate control parameters, depending on the working conditions for effective control of the water supply system water pressure regulator. The simulation results show that the control system response quick, over regulation measurement and transitional time is greatly reduced, oscillation time shorten, and the system has strong robustness and good stability.

Abstract: Embedded system becomes one of widely-employed system schemes applied in broad areas, such as power conversion, industrial control, test and measurement, and so on. A universal test scheme with full-coverage on inner variables is present, which will improve the testability of power conversion embedded control system. Feathers of this embedded control system are introduced, and the function structure of the general test scheme is described. Some key problems of the test scheme, such as data type, variable property table, multi-type pointer array, and multi-type data packing and unpacking are discussed. Finally, the effect of the universal test scheme is testified by the implementation of a typical power conversion demonstration.

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of high stability, high vibration resistance, energy saving and environmental protection and long service life for the railway vehicle car lighting system, this paper designed a LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting control system suitable for railway vehicles car. Using IPC for the principal computer, microcontroller for the subordinate computer, CAN bus as the communication network. Multiple brightness sensor collect the brightness information of car environment. According to the characteristics that the LED is suitable for high frequency switch power, using PWM technology, the current though the LED light can be control. ATmega16 microcontroller as the control core can automatically to adjust the brightness of the car according to the change of external environment, it ensured that the LED light emitting uniform and stable so that this kind of control system has very high application value.

Abstract: The constraint relation of three-key-equipment, including coal cutter, scraper conveyor and hydraulic support, applied in the safe, high-producing and high-efficient fully mechanized mining face, was introduced; the composition principle of electro-hydraulic control system, embedded in the hydraulic support, was discussed, and the design scheme of the composition and hardware system about the electro-hydraulic control unit was presented in this paper. And finally the scheme achieved the target that we can control and monitor the working condition in near real-time, on the ground, in the crossheading and in front of the mining face.
