Abstract: In range of high pressure, the performance of single stage cycle with an expander (SCE) is better than the cycle with a throttling valve (SCV). With increasing of the evaporating temperature or decreasing outlet temperature of condenser, the performance of the two cycles is an increasing trend. With increasing of pressure ratio, the performances of all cycles are decreased. Under the same comparison conditions, expander cycle performance superior to the throttle valve performance.

Abstract: To solve the problem that two sides of strip usually cannot cover the shape measurement channel completely, an online compensatory model of error signal used for strip edge is established. Based on this model, the channel coverage of edge is able to be automatically calculated by the horizontal offset. Then, by combining proportion compensation with slope compensation, the signal error of edge shape should be compensated reasonably. This method is proved to be effective and reliable after the physical and industrial tests.

Abstract: The warehouse management system is a key part of the cigarette supply chain and controls the movement of goods within a warehouse. Having taken into account the features of cigarette warehouse management, this assay mainly introduced the basic structure and working principle of the warehouse management system based on RFID, compared the advantages of RFID with the traditional bar codes in the WMS, analyzed the managed objects and tasks in warehouse, brought forward the technological architecture and operation flow, and finally stated in detail the specific application of RFID in warehouse management system.

Abstract: Preference relations are the most common techniques to express decision makers preference information over alternatives or criteria. This paper focus on investigating effective operators for multiple attribute group decision making with intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations. Firstly, we extend arithmetic mean method operator and geometric mean method operator for accommodating intuitionistic fuzzy information to present the intuitionistic arithmetic mean method (IAMM) operator and the intuitionistic geometric mean method (IGMM) operator. Then the compatibility properties of intuitionistic preference relations obtained by IAMM and IGMM are analyzed, we found that aggregation of individual judgments and aggregation of individual priorities provide the same priorities of alternatives, and that if all the individual decision makers have acceptable consensus degree, then the collective preference relations obtained also are of acceptable consensus degree. Finally, the results are verified by an illustrative example carried out in the background of parts supplier selection.

Abstract: Nowadays, the item-level lookup is quickly becoming a key issue in many application scenarios of Internet of Things (IoT). However, as a critical role of IoT, current lookup services and discovery services rely on a centralized or a chain-style framework, thus have some drawbacks, which prevent them from being widely adopted, as well as the item-level lookup service is still missing. Therefore, based on Chord, we presented IDSAa distributed item-level discovery service architecture for IoT, gave its basic framework and some relevant mechanisms to make the lookup services more load-balanced, scalable, and efficient. Additionally, some tests and analysis were given to validate and evaluate our solution. The results show that our solution is available.

Abstract: This paper analyses the influence factors of the intercity railway station location selection. According to the actual situation of railway station, establish the fuzzy matter-element model with the entropy method to evaluate the intercity railway station setting-up plan. Thus the deviation of evaluation results caused by the subjective factors can be avoided effectively. A numerical example and relative conclusions were given then to show that the intercity railway passenger station location problem can be solved by setting up the fuzzy matter-element model which was combined with the entropy method and to provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of the intercity railway station location selection.

Abstract: With the fantastic spur both in logistics industry and in cloud computing capabilities nowadays, communications operators have noticed that the development of communication industry is closely linked with logistics industry, who also serves as a profit of communication industry. Under the Cloud Logistics era, this paper attempts to study and give suggestions on how to develop logistics industry for communications operators. Whats more, the paper also points out that communication operators should carry out a comprehensive plan to expand its logistics business in order to make a further development.

Abstract: This paper investigates methods for multiple attribute decision making (MADM) under hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment. Firstly, we define two transform functions between hesitant fuzzy linguistic variables and hesitant fuzzy variables. Then, based on the presented transform functions, a hesitant fuzzy linguistic weighted averaging (HFLWA) operator and a hesitant fuzzy linguistic weighted geometric (HFLWG) operator are developed, and some desired properties of the operators are also analyzed. Successively, an integrated approach for MADM with attribute assessments taking form of hesitant fuzzy linguistic variables is constructed. Furthermore, an illustrative study on production strategy decision making is carried out to verify the effectiveness and practicality of proposed methods.

Abstract: The effect of anxiety emotion on information processing of decision making was explored by computer stimulate experiment. The results showed that people with high anxiety used longer time to processing information than that with low anxiety. The depth of information search of low anxiety was more than that of high anxiety. Individual with high anxiety was inclined to use heuristic strategies, and Individual with low anxiety was inclined to adopt analysis strategies.

Abstract: The paper focuses on design of the internet of things storage mailbox system. The system uses RFID technology and compatible one-dimensional barcode to shield the personal information of the sender and the recipient. It manages the authentication of the user, the parcel, the courier and the storage mailbox remotely. And sending and receiving the parcel is not face-to-face handover. The system monitors the process of sending and receiving so as to ensure that the parcel will be sent to the recipient accurately and efficiently. The use of the system will avoid malicious parcel and waste parcel appearing.
