Abstract: The wear analysis of chisel-edge ruling tool for diffraction gratings is very complex because of following two reasons that one is the wear distribution on edge after grating ruling is too minute so that hard to find and measured by conventional equipment like microscope, and the other is the effect of wear on the groove depth, pitch, ridge, blaze angle, non-blaze angle, groove bottom angle and diffraction efficiency of gratings. In order to determine what extent of wear is can be ignored, this paper had go on brief approximate test study on wear analysis of chisel-edge ruling tool for diffraction gratings which ruling echelle gratings groove density of 79 gr/mm, and analyzed the variation of groove depth, pitch, ridge, blaze angle, non-blaze angle, groove bottom angle and diffraction efficiency along with ruling distance, and found the microscale tool wear on chisel-edge ruling tool, finally determined this extent of tool wear cannot effect ruling echelle gratings groove density of 79 gr/mm .

Abstract: A synthetic evaluation of equipment maintenance system effectiveness based on TOPSIS method is discussed in this article. The synthetic evaluation order of every system are given which can avoid the difficulty in traditional evaluations that regard the multi-evaluation parameters as a single efficiency evaluating value. The article supply a new system to the synthetic evaluation of diesel equipment maintenance system effectiveness.

Abstract: Pultrusion process is gaining increasing attention in several sectors, due to the high productivity and quality achievable. Recent researches highlighted the influence of the pulling force on the quality of pultruded products. In this paper a pulling force model, accounting for compacting, viscous, and frictional effects in a conventional pultrusion process has been implemented. The model is based on the combination of an impregnation, a thermochemical, and a frictional sub-models. Obtained outcomes evidenced, for the considered case, adominant role of the viscous drag.

Abstract: The existing laser marking control systems are mainly based on PC and PCI laser drivers. PC is used for editing marking information and extracting marking data. The rapid processing capacity of PC makes the laser making machine achieve faster processing speed. However, it cannot be used in the outdoors and bad situations. In older to make the laser marking system widely adapt to various environments, an embedded laser marking controller is developed. It is based on ARM9 and LINUX. It can be easily operated and can achieve wonderful marking.

Abstract: A macro-micro modeling method was presented for simulating the phenomenon in three-dimensional micro reactor. This paper discusses the use of macro-micro modeling method to predict the concentration variation of various reactants in the reactor. The macro model was used to predict the overall behavior of the reactor. The micro model was used to predict the local behavior of the reactor. With the macro-micro modeling method, the computational efficiency has been significantly improved. The macro-micro modeling method will facilitate design of the micro reactor.

Abstract: With all sorts of advantages, the hydro-pneumatic suspension is receiving increasing attention. First, in this paper the mathematical model of 1/4 hydro-pneumatic suspension was built; Second, the suspension model was developed using the AMESim software; Finally, we get the influence of various hydro-pneumatic suspension performance parameters by changing their values and draw a conclusion. The result shows that this method is efficient and feasible.

Abstract: With the scaling of MOS devices, gate tunneling current increases significantly due to thinner gate oxides, and static characteristics of devices and circuit are severely affected by the presence of gate tunneling currents. In this paper, a novel theory gate tunneling current predicting model using integral approach is presented in ultra-thin gate oxide MOS devices that tunneling current changes with gate-oxide thickness. To analyze quantitatively the behaviors of scaled MOS devices in the effects of gate tunneling current and predict the trends, the characteristics of MOS devices are studied in detail using HSPICE simulator. The simulation results in BSIM4 model well agree with the model proposed. The theory and experiment data are contributed to the VLSI circuit design in the future.

Abstract: Predicting the life of part is emphasis base of Product Lifecycle Management, and is emphasis progress of modern product design. By exact and full analyze the influencing factors of real life of shaft, contribute to real life and design life coincidence of shaft. It can decrease property damage with product ahead of schedule failure. By comparative analysis and analytical method researched the influencing factors of shaft in used . The life predicting model of reality use is discussed and amended at present. It draws a reasonable predicting model of fatigue life. The model includes influencing factors of all in actual and decrease the error of predicting life compare with the life of real. It will establish the base of design of anti-fatigue of shaft.

Abstract: In order to meet the real-time demands of some equipment networked test, the time synchronization techniques of ATS based traditional instrument buses are compared with the techniques of LXI ATS. Accordingly, the necessity of LXI ATS time synchronization technique study is put forward. The sorts of time synchronization techniques based on Local Area Network are analyzed. In addition, some methods which could improve the level of LXI data real-time communications are presented. Afterwards, technique realizations of PTP are studied in detail. Local Area Network techniques and IEEE 1588 Precise Time Protocol are adopted in the LXI Automatic Test System which designed in the paper, and the level of time synchronization precision in the system is improved.

Abstract: Free-piston engines are under investigation worldwide recently for their potential advantages in terms of efficiency and emissions. This paper focuses on the development and performance of a novel four-stroke free-piston generator (FSFPG), which is designed from a four-stroke free-piston engine equipped with a linear electric generator. Working principle and operating characteristics of the FSFPG are discussed, along with potential advantages and disadvantages compared to conventional engines. The design process and geometric parameters of a single cylinder, gasoline and spark ignition FSFPG prototype is presented. The control strategy of the novel power generating system is discussed. The already obtained testing results and performance of the FSFPG prototype are presented and analyzed in this paper in detail.
