Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper analyzed the characteristics of project risk as vague, uncertain and difficult to be accurately defined and quantified which make it usually difficult to be solved by the traditional methods. This paper studied the factors of project risk and build the level structure of risk factors and risk prevention measures. Finally, the paper analyzed the process to account the judgment matrix of project risk and the relative weight of the risk factors. The results show that as a multi-criteria decision-making method, AHP can be used effectively in the project risk management even with less historical data.
