Abstract: With the increasingly complex new equipment, its maintenance repair training to become a big problem in the process of using the equipment. The traditional training mode by the equipment repair most limit, long development cycle, the characteristics of large investment, based on analysis of virtual repair training system development and function of demand, establish the remote repair system based on VIRTOOLS . The system can create realistic simulation results on the computer, the computer simulation of realistic behavior. The combination of network technology and virtual reality technology organically will provide a technical platform for remote repair service. This paper studies and discusses the architecture of remote repair system based on VIRTOOLS, the key technology and implementation method. And the system structure of remote fault diagnosis system is analyzed.

Abstract: This paper presents the design of an intelligent fire truck, which is based on the STC89C51 signal chip and realizes tracing, obstacle avoidance, alarm, putting out a fire and so on. The truck uses a model car chassis as a frame, STC89C51 as a microcontroller and including DC motor, flame detector, infrared tracing module with some other circuits. The truck has taken advantage of all the chips and the comprehensive performances in each part reasonably, and the intelligent fire truck can work very well.

Abstract: Micromachined thermal expansion gas gyroscope has the advantages of simple configuration, large working range and high shock resistance and can be widely used in the military and civilian field. However, as with other MEMS sensors,the output signal of micromachined thermal expansion gas gyroscope's sensitive structure is weak and difficult to detect are designed. In this paper, the design of the detecting circuits for micromachined thermal expansion gas gyroscope based on the phase sensitive detector is introduced. The measurement results of the prototype show a system scale factor of 2.3419 mV/(°·s-1), a non-linearity of 0.22%, a symmetry of 0.0037, and a zero-bias stability of 1.0182 °/s.

Abstract: An advanced detector based on the dual frequency IP method was designed to solve the speed unmatched problem between the detection and excavation. The detector consists of the transmission module and the receiving module. This paper designed the circuit of the transmission module with the Proteus software and completed the control program with the Keil software. Through the co-simulation of the circuit and the control program, the transmission waveforms designed were obtained and the system proved available, which laid the foundation for the development of the transmission module of the detector.

Abstract: An Auto-Compensation of inertial navigation system (INS) based on improved single-axis rotation has been proposed in the paper. Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) is tilt mounted, e.g. neither perpendicularly, nor coaxially, with the rotation axis. Analysis and derivation show that this angle arrangement of IMU can restrain the expansion of the system errors caused by IMU. Simulations demonstrated the coincidence of the theoretical analysis and the system performances

Abstract: The concept of "detailed search" near the extreme value by local search function of neighborhood search algorithm for operation optimization problem of discrete manufacturing system on train bogie is raised for the first time; the optimal solution of objective function based on process constraints genetic algorithm is taken as the initial value of neighbor function to search better solutions than it in the current neighbor, and the global optimal solution.

Abstract: PSO algorithm is intensively applied in array pattern synthesis. While the choice of inertia factor in classical PSO algorithm is a cumbersome task, improper inertia factor will result in slow convergence or falling into the local minima. This paper presents an improved algorithm based on LDW-PSO to avoid converging to the local minima. Simulation results show that the algorithm has faster speed and higher robustness compared with LDW-PSO algorithm.

Abstract: 3D video quality assessment is a hot spot in the market of TV industry. Most Research work are based on the DIBR. However in TV industry the main form of 3DTV is side by side.Up to now there have been very few video quality measures to deal with this situation.This paper proposes a 3D video quality method based on the disparity map to deal with this situation.The method comes out with the broadcast of CCTV3D on Jan 1st 2012.

Abstract: Infrared focal plane array (IRFPA) bad pixel correction as a prevalent problem is widely used in complex conditions. Therefore, scene-based adaptive iteration bad pixel dynamic correction algorithm is proposed and explored. Adaptive filtering bad pixel detection algorithm is to record the intensity of an image and replace the intensity of the image filtered by a locally acting adaptive filter. Using the intensity of the unfiltered and filtered image to determined the bad pixel which regarded as image noise. By the improved Nagao filtering bad pixel compensation algorithm, filtering sub-windows with the same pixel amount whose patterns are decided by the texture analysis can obtain stronger directivity. Thus, the image boundary pixels do not reappear as flicking dot during the quick scene changes, and the rich scene details are preserved.

Abstract: Cool Launch project is an important launch mode of submarine launched missile, the water-exit trajectory characteristic of the missile in launching process becomes to research focus. Model of three dimensional water-exit trajectory of submarine launched missile was built based on dynamic mesh technique and simulation operation was carried out to obtain the characteristics of water-exit trajectory & attitude. The method adopted in the establishment of the model and the result has provided references to the research of water-exit trajectory.
