Abstract: In recent years heavy rainstorm has occurred frequently in cities of China, which threatens to the safety of people and causes the flood control situation to become more complex and grim. Flood control depends on real-time flood data, such as rainfall, river stage, and PSRP (pump station running parameters). Therefore the accuracy and stability of data acquisition and transmission are particularly important. This paper explores to make use of geographical information system technology, 3G wireless networks, and sensing technology to design and implement an urban flood control system. This system can acquire and transmit flood data and surveillance video stably and efficiently. Experiments prove that this system can decision making and greatly improve efficiency of flood control.

Abstract: Currently,the problem of lack of radar teaching equipment is more and more prominent because of the large number of student in teaching of the large electronic equipment. For the problem, this paper firstly elaborated the overall structure, hardware structure, software design idea of building of the radar combined teaching platform taking a certain type of radar combined teaching platform in which a cell design and development as an example. Then the paper finished the function test of the power supply module and signal module.At last, the paper showed the application effect in teaching, proved that the platform can enhance the equipment efficiency greatly and laid a good foundation the educational reform.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of no strong real-time performance and poor scalability using traditional filtering recommendation technology, and a novel case recommended based on fuzzy clustering is proposed in this paper. Using case-based reasoning technology to personalized recommendation system, and the old case is clustered using fuzzy clustering algorithm, and a classification model is built, and the target case-the case base is converted to the target case-case class to reduce the most case retrieval space of the target cases the nearest neighbors. The experimental results indicate that this method can effectively improve the real-time performance, and it is used in E-commerce recommendation systems, and the degree of recommendation results universe of discourse is improved.

Abstract: The application mode of workflow system has been converted into a distributed and interactive mode. In order to adapt to the variability and flexibility of workflow applications and processing environment, in this paper, we employ a cooperative mechanism based on messaging to construct an integrative and comprehensive business coordinated operation environment. It combines information processing distributed in different systems and facilitates the implementation of multi-user cooperative work.

Abstract: China is a country with serious shortage of water resources,water resources problem isn't just a matter of resources, but also a significant strategic question related to national economic and social sustainable development. Using efficient intelligent water-saving irrigation technology has become the general trend of irrigation technology all over the world. Is proposed a kind of intelligent irrigation system based on Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), can be used to realize large area such as landscaping, field crop on a large scale irrigation control,real-time monitoring of large area of soil's temperature and humidity distribution, and keep the block in the most appropriate humidity range to the growth of the crop, which effectively implement water-saving irrigation.

Abstract: A speech navigation teaching assistant system for multimedia grid is designed based on the multimedia grid technology, the TTS technology and Microsoft speech SDK. Abstract: A stochastic model of spreading information in an online community networks with finite populations is introduced. The impact of finite population size and cumulative effect on networks with two levels mixing is assessed. A number of explicit results are derived by using the computational methods of Markov chain path integral.

Abstract: Because of the battery replacement confined by physical conditions, the battery energy limit of the sensor nodes becomes one of the most critical constraints in the design of the entire sensor network , which directly determines the network life. The basic idea is to close sensor nodes within the device when it is not needed, and awaken them if necessary so that the sensor can reduce overall energy consumption. This paper compares the autoregressive model and moving average model in time series analysis. Simulation results show that after dynamic power adjustment, it can reduce energy consumption, extend the entire life cycle of wireless sensor network..

Abstract: Realization of big Deep Web database optimized access with low sample deviation was researched. With the sharp increasing of the storage of Deep Web database geometrically, the problem of optimized access to the database was becoming difficult. On the basis of correlation feature rule extraction, an improved optimized access method for the Deep Web database was proposed based on Graph Model Sample process and correlation rule. The access was realized by computer simulation. The access process was started with the arbitrary effective result as the access starting line. The access result was returned, and the records were obtained in the returned web page. The next query and access was implemented with the local sample database for the nest access start line. The method avoided the effects of the query interface properties. And the Graph Model Sample method could overcome the limitation of the query interface properties. Also the correlation feature extraction algorithm was researched, and it was used as the access rule in the database for the realization of optimized and efficient query. The simulation result shows that the sample deviation is stable with the value about 10% for the simulated Deep Web database. The relevant sample deviation value is trended to convergence and is near to the real value with the increasing of the access number. According to the realistic Web database, the sample bias estimation mean value is about 21% which is higher than the simulated database. Two typical Deep Web databases are taken as the researching objects, with the new method, and the access bias is lower than another Web database which without using the proposed method, result shows nice performance of the proposed optimized database access method in application.
