Abstract: This paper puts forward a design scheme of remote terminal unit for oil-gas storage and transportation fields, adopts AT91SAM7X256 and DM9000A chip as the core hardware platform, accomplishs the Light Weight IP network protocol transplantation into the hardware platform, implements remote access and control functions from the host computer to the RTU through Internet.

Abstract: In order to improve the public security organs unified command, rapid response, coordination of combat capability, the paper designs a new type of police traffic management GIS system. The system is a communication, command, control, and information ( C3I ) in one of the complex systems. The system mainly consists of three layers:the dynamic traffic information collection, decision analysis layer, scheduling executive level, as well as to provide various levels of data sharing, access, exchange of data exchange platform, and information exchange for all types of modules communication platform.

Abstract: In this article, we mainly introduce some basic concepts about machine translation. Machine translation means translating a natural language text to another by software. It can be divided into two categories: rule-based and corpus-based. IBM's statistical machine translation, Microsoft's multi-language machine translation project, AT & T's voice translation system and CMUs PANGLOSS system are three typical machine translation systems. Due to sentences are constructed by words continuously in Chinese. Chinese word segmentation is very essential. Three methods of Chinese word segmentation: segmentation methods based on string matching, segmentation method based on the understanding and segmentation method based on the statistics.

Abstract: With the expansion of Internet scale unceasingly,how to improve the scalability and high efficiency of network management system has become an important subject of internet network management. This paper first discusses the advantages and disadvantages of SNMP network management. Then it creates a dynamic and scalable network management framework by introducing mobile agent technology into the SNMP network management. The framework is simple and easy, and can ensure interoperability with SNMP.

Abstract: With the more and more complex computer network structure, security requirements are increasingly stringent and delicate. This paper based on the IEEE 802.1Q standard, Netfilter framework, proposes using use vlan technology, linux 802.1Q kernel module, designs the plan of Grouping Strategy Firewall to realize the security policies to configure the demands from the same level in different vlan, meets the security needs for different levels of the different networks and different business lines.

Abstract: In this paper, an architecture of gateway of satellite access networks is designed for accessing to IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) core networks, and the architecture of QoS is proposed to control and manage the IMS accessing QoS procedure. To reduce the delay of signaling transmission, an enhanced session initial protocol (SIP) is simplified for adapting to the satellite scenario.

Abstract: This thesis mainly expounds the Curriculum Development's meaning and elements based on "the working process-orientation", which is applied in the curriculum development and practice of the Practical Training of Comprehensive Skills in Commodity Inspection. The research result shows that the development of this curriculum evidently contributes to realize the objection of training the professional personnel in the field of Commodity Inspection.

Abstract: With the development of information technology, OA system has become an important means to improve the management level. For secondary development problems in the process of the implementation of the OA system, the enterprise OA software system supporting platform key technology was studied. First, given graphically enterprise OA system structure; then researched e-collaboration platform, achieved different types of data sharing and exchange; then studied directory service platform, including client / server model of directory services and directory services structure; Finally, data exchange platform, takes advantage of XML data exchange technology to make data exchange simple and convenient. The content of this study, for the development of OA system provides a good solution, and laid the foundation for rapid development.

Abstract: In this paper we provide a high-capacity information delay scheme based on eantangled states and quantum teleportation technology. By sharing EPR (Einstain-Rosen-Podolsky) pairs, one person can give the other person some information which cannot be read until he or she lets the latter do. By virtue of quantum teleportation technology, no one can gain more information about the key than guessing the key at random. So the scheme can gain high security. The fundamental principles of quantum physics guarantee its unconditional security. When the one decides to let the other get the information, he or she need only to send some dictates through a public classical channel. So the scheme is easier to carry out and more robust in practice.
