Abstract: Maintenance task scheduling during mission break is described as flexible resource constraint project scheduling problem, and flexible resource constraint maintenance task scheduling model is established. Since capability level of flexible resource is different, the thesis establishes maintenance task scheduling model considering capability difference. To resolve the model, a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm based on activity list is presented. At last, a case study is present.

Research on Reform and Practice in Bilingual Teaching for Curriculum of Data Structure and Algorithm
Abstract: A significant research on reform and practice in bilingual teaching for the course of Data Structure and Algorithm is presented in this paper. The specific course teaching model suitable for practical situation of the university that the researchers are working for is gradually built up through integrating international concepts of higher education, constructing comprehensive teaching resources, reforming teaching methods and strategies, and training a high-level bilingual teaching team. It is proved by the practice that the teaching quality and comprehensive ability of undergraduates are being improved, the capability of teaching staff is being promoted, and the demonstration and radiation effects of the course are emerging gradually. All of these improvements indicate that the reform on the course is effective as the goal of course planning is successfully achieved.

Abstract: This paper evaluates the production efficiency of Shaanxi province construction industry from 2006 to 2011 using the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, and finds out the decreasing trend in Shaanxi province construction industry. The research points out the reasons for the decreasing efficiency are incapability of Shaanxi province construction industry to adapt the technology improvement, weakly comprehensive abilities, clumsiness in scale-control, and irregularities of Shaanxi province construction market system. In order to promote efficiency, suggests regulating market system, strengthening technical innovation and improving the personnel quality.

Abstract: In order to generate the realization model of business process quickly, a method of formalize model is proposed which based on Web service choreography language in this paper. The specific studying process is as follows. Firstly, several Web services choreography language and its characteristics are introduced, and then analyzed the natural projection and expansion model of service choreography, finally, model checker SPIN is used to simulate and verify the service choreography. The result shows that the succinct service choreography language can create Web service choreography model efficiently, and through the projection rules, which can better meet the needs of the business process implementation.

Abstract: Overall risk management information system is the information system management platform for enterprise to carry out overall risk management work. It provides a strong support for enterprise to timely find out, control, avoid and address risks. This paper designed the overall risk management system of the Steel Group in accordance with the requirements of the specifications of overall risk management and by combining with software engineering and the business characteristics of Steel Group. This paper could provide reference and guidance for enterprise to develop and construct overall risk management information system.

Abstract: Human life is in a complex network world. In everyday life, the network can be a physical object such as the Internet, power network, road network and neural network; can also abstract not touch, such as interpersonal networks, networks of co-operation in scientific research, product supply chain network, biological populations, networks, etc.. The topology of these networks, the statistical characteristics and the formation mechanism, and so on, has a very important significance for the efficient allocation of resources, provides various functions, as well as the stability of the network, however, due to the complexity of these networks, conventional simplified model and cannot be good solution to the above problems. The complex network and network complexity has become a hot issue in the scientific and engineering concern. This article describes a few common complex network models and its application brief.

Abstract: Although pseudo relevant feedback is an effective query expansion method, query drift away from the topic has been occurred frequently. Therefore, the first important problem is how to identify relevant documents in the top retrieved set and form the good feedback source. In this paper, an effective XML identifying feedback documents method is proposed, in which a two-stage ranking model is presented and the relevant XML documents are found. The experiment results show that the proposed method is reasonable and the quality of feedback source is ensured.

Abstract: Wireless sensor network positioning technology has become one of research hotspots today. This paper mainly studies the TOA positioning algorithm based on WSN. The number of beacon nodes used to locate unknown nodes is discussed. There are four situations for the number of beacon nodes n=3, 4, 5, 7 that are analyzed via simulation, also locating error. We get the optimum value of n via simulations.

Abstract: In order to obtain the actual characteristics of horizontal atmospheric diffusion direction, based on Gauss plume model and the measured data, we use BP neural network to fit the characteristic curve of the diffusion coefficient. We establish a BP neural network, and then we train the network and simulate the diffusion coefficient. According to the simulation results, we compare the characteristic curve with the curve based on the least square method. And the results show that the characteristic curve based on BP neural network has better fitting accuracy. Hence, using the trained neural network to predict the diffusion coefficient has certain theory meaning and actual application value.
