Abstract: APC fly ash requires safe handling due to existence of heavy metals which pose potential threat to peoples health and the environment. In this work, heavy metal characterization was performed by means of ICP analysis and leaching toxicity analysis. It is found that 14 minor elements are detected and content of them follows sequence of Zn > Pb > Cu > Ni > Cr > Hg > Cd > As. In addition, leaching toxicity of Hg, Cd, Zn and Pb exceeds the limit in accordance with the HVEP and ALT standards.

Abstract: This study aims to develop a methodology for analysis of extraction of heavy metals from air pollution control (APC) ash using hydrochloric acid. In this work, the ash was firstly characterized and then hydrochloric acid was used to extract Ni, Zn, Pb and Cu out from the ash. In addition, influence of hydrochloric acid concentration on removal ratio of the four heavy metals was studied. It was found that removal ratio followed the decreasing sequence of Pb > Zn > Cd > Cu for acid extraction using hydrochloric acid. The optimal acid concentration was 4 mol/L, which resulted in a removal ratio of 91% for Pb, 84% for Zn, around 53% for Cd and around 41% for Cu.

Abstract: In recent years, with the requirements of environmental protection of packaging materials improve, biodegradable antibacterial materials more and more attention to. This paper to can hair sex polystyrene as main raw materials, and by the synthesis of biodegradable bacteriostasis of study on the properties of packaging materials. The results shows that can hair sex polystyrene as the main raw material made by injection molding process thickness of 0.25 mm plate, and influence factors of sheet material performance, get the film material performance is the ideal process parameters. According to People's Republic of China national standard GB/T1040-92"plastic tensile properties test method" and GB/T20197-2006"degradable plastics the definition, classification, signs and degrade the performance requirements," as determined by the experimental method for testing. The orthogonal experiment results show that can hair sex polystyrene usage: 6 g; Microcrystalline cellulose usage: 0.2g; The antibacterial agent type: silver nanotio2 in the system performance and degrade the performance of the material mechanics and antibacterial good performance.

Abstract: According to the requirements of the extended innovative product design with hosiery materials from the manufacturer, this study adopted the purposive sampling method with the students from two first-grade classes of the Department of Design in a university of science and technology in Taiwan who entered the university in 2011 as the research subjects, in the teaching and learning processes of a professional design curriculum performed idea inspiration and creative method applications though the cooperative teaching methods with the teachers, discussed and modified the works through individual discussion teaching methods, scored the works based on the pre-set criteria, and selected more representative creative works as the references of product extended design and R&D for the manufactures.

Abstract: Because of the combination of different kinds of art and technology, multimedia design, compared with traditional media creation, has more rich and complex expression methods. Multimedia owns the overlap between time and space in deep virtual space, providing creative platform and various thinking angle for designers. Multimedia design includes a wide range of expression ways. Its dynamic quality, flexibility, vitality and narrative feature improve its value further. This paper analyzes the expression and reasonable application of visual elements in the media design process for showing the expression function of visual pictures, composition and color.

Abstract: Replace lost teeth by artificial prosthetic has been a preoccupation since the dawn of human time. The aim of our work is to study mechanical behavior of the interaction distance between two dental implants, in order to serve as support for a crown, a bridge element or an attachment of the prosthesis.Our purpose is to make a comparative study of five models that is different only by the interaction distance between 0.5 mm and 2 mm spacing two implants, to clarify the mechanical behavior of this interaction distance. The used materials are the biomaterials which are intended to be in contact with biological systems. Modeling of dental implant and the various components is done using Solidworks.We studied the static mechanical behavior of the implant using numerical methods.

Abstract: Silk fabric was first developed in ancient China, and Chinese silk also promoted the first world large-scale commercial exchanges between the East and the West. Digital printing is a technical breakthrough in the field of traditional printing and dyeing industry, which can also improve the value of the silk. There is a long history of making books by silk, and the recent revival of silk books also put forward new demands to digital printing. There exist two methods for printing book, both of which have their disadvantages. We propose a fast digital printing method for silk book which combines the advantages of the previous two methods. As the silk book has become a new choice for book collection, we believe that the proposed method will largely accelerate the popularity of silk book.

Abstract: Article deals with construction of hammer for cane shredder. Function of hammer in shredder consists in crushing sugarcane stalks for further processing in sugar production. Hammer loading and other calculations were made. Four weld deposit materials were suggested for protection of hammer against wear and dynamic loading. All samples with weld deposit were subjected to microstructure evaluation, chemical analysis, high speed impact testing and tribological PIN-on-DISC test for estimation of wear resistance. One weld deposit material was recommended as a result of these tests.

Abstract: New design of a sugarcane shredder is being performed within a research project. This kind of equipment used to be traditionally designed on the basis experiences up to recent time. With increasing demand for the material economic utilization and reliable service, new material optimized design of shredders is required. In order to be able to perform qualified design and material optimization, service conditions has to be known. The paper is dealing with determination of sugarcane mechanical properties under dynamic loading, as the shredding process is performed at high velocities in the range of several meters per second. The mechanical properties of the sugarcane are going to be subsequently used for calculation of in operation loading on shredder components in the further steps.

Abstract: This paper is an research concentrated on the efficient cognition of disaster prevention signs for library buildings, considering the relevance between the domestic and foreign public buildings disaster and disaster prevention signs, with a site investigation and a questionnaire investigation of library public buildings. Proposals we raised for the efficient cognition of library public buildings in order to strengthen the design of the disaster prevention signs in the forms, details and humanization, improve and perfect the systematic settings of disaster prevention signs to achieve the effect of optimizing the efficient cognition of the disaster prevention signs.
