Abstract: In this paper, the present status and challenges of blast furnace (BF) ironmaking technology are analyzed, and the developing tendencies of the modern BF ironmaking technology are mentioned. The significance and function of high blast temperature and oxygen enriched-pulverized coal injection for BF ironmaking are described. The key technologies of high blast temperature, oxygen enriched, and pulverized coal injection (PCI) are discussed and evaluated emphatically. Promoting blast temperature and improving oxygen enrichment ratio, as well as enhancing PCI rate which are important guarantee for saving fuel consumption, reducing operation cost, and realizing sustainable development. There are broad developing prospects of modern BF process under the condition of high blast temperature and low fuel ratio ironmaking technologies are applied.

Abstract: Steel is an important and indispensable foundational material of human social development. Modern iron and steel production is not only a single function of steel product manufacture, also must have two functions of highly efficient energy conversion and disposal the waste and realize the function of resource recovery. Under the condition of shortage of the current resources, inadequate energy supply, and the ecological environment constraint, the modern steel plant have to build a circulating economy development mode, to achieve reduction, recycling and reusing. Combining with the Shougang Jingtang steel plant design and construction, the application and effect of development of circulating economy in modern steel plant has been expatiated in this paper.

Abstract: The influence factors of task sequencing in mixed model assembly workshop is analyzed, and the production reasonable degree comprehensive evaluation index system is established with research of the evaluation index quantifying method\. The objective and subjective influence factors of task sequencing are analyzed, and the shortage of using AHP to sequence tasks alone has been pointed out. The improvement of AHP on the basis of entropy weight method has been researched, and task sequencing method of mixed model assembly workshop based on improved AHP has been proposed. The method has been verified in aero-engine assembly workshop, and the results show that it is feasible.

Finally,possible future developments of MEMS are prospected.

Now almost having no concentrator don't use hydraulic cyclone. Small diameter hydrocyclone of diameterΦ10 mm can classify ultrafine pulverized coal . So the application of two phase fluid theory and cyclone technology base on the principles of design,Design and manufacture a variety of small diameter hydrocyclone. After practice has proved. Sorting coal superfine particle effect is good. and can be used for sorting other mineral.

Abstract: The tailings in Da hongshan contains 14.56% iron, which mostly in form as hematite, and another iron in form as magnetite, maghemtite or siderite, this part just accounting 2.96%. The main gangue minerals in the tailings are 48.47% quartz and dolomite, 8.31% mica, 1.05% chlorite. According to particle size analysis, amount of iron size is enriched in +0.037mm~-0.074mm, +0.010mm~-0.019mm and-0.010mm, its distribution is 24.96%, 14.14% and 36.96% respectively. This particle researched its mineralogy then discuss a feasible flow-sheet to recycle the iron in tailings by several mineral processing tests. Finally find that magnetic-gravity separation is a useful method. The test conditions are: magnetic field strength is 0.90T in roughing separation and 0.97T in scavenging separation. The hang and vibrate of cone concentrator is used for gravity separation, its vibration frequency is 385rev/min with rotation period of the vibrate is 227.5sec/turn. The grade of obtained concentrating and middlings is 54.15%, 57.13% respectively, with recovery 28.99% , 1.00% respectively.

Abstract: As the lack of work on comprehensive rock physical properties in deep geophysical exploration in Yudu-Ganxian ore concentration area, this paper focuses in comprehensive and systematic study about the comprehensive rock physical properties in this area. Known from the rock (ore) actual distribution in this area, this paper presents the comprehensive rock physical properties research method of the area, which use varieties of techniques to collect specimens systematic, determine the physical parameters, and even study the distribution characteristics and variation law of rock (ore) integrated rock physical properties parameters. In this paper, the results can provide the new information about integrated rock physical property parameters for understanding and explaining the integrated geophysical anomaly, providing the basis for the future in Nanling to carry out deep geophysical three-dimensional exploration and deep metallogenic prognosis.

Abstract: The ore containing 0.77%copper, the main metal minerals in the ore are hemesite, pyrite bornite, covellite, malachite, the main gangue minerals in the ore are quartzite, dolomite, plagioclase, Chlorite, calcite. And the copper oxidation ratio of the ore is 45.5%, According several flotation tests, finally found that the optimum reagents dosage are: butyl xanthate 90g/t as collector, pine oil 35g/t as foaming, sodium sulphide1000g/t, lime3000g/t, and the flow-sheet is one stage of roughing, three stage of cleaning and two stage of scavenging operationg in the close circuit under the grinding fineness is 85% -0.074mm.Satisfactory results had been obtained as the grade of is 18.06% with recovery 80.01%.

Abstract: The ore from Jingping contains 0.634% nickel, 0.329% copper, 0.047% cobalt, 30.18% SiO2 and 19.72% MgO. In order to obtain satisfying beneficiation results, a lot of tests were taken out before, and this article main focus on roughing flotation conditions. Finally find that when the sodium carbonate dosage is 2000g/t, carboxy-methyl cellulose (CMC) dosage is 200g/t, sodium silicate dosage is 100g/t, the combinational effect can depressing the gangue minerals as well as the slime. The final concentration contains 3.03% nickel, 2.01% copper and 2.40% cobalt, the recovery of the nickel, copper and cobalt is 73.03%, 92.58%, 77.62% respectively.
