Abstract: Considering the characteristics of multi-factor control and ambiguity of rock integrity evaluation, single factor is only a reflection of the rock integrity from the full extent. This paper established a fuzzy matter element model for rock integrity evaluation, after a consideration of multiple evaluation factors, and the model is applied to the project in the literature [. The model is to be evaluated with rock integrity level as a matter element things whose features are the factors of rock integrity evaluation, combined with optimization principles to determine its corresponding fuzzy values, the composite fuzzy matter element is constructed, coefficient compound fuzzy matter-element is established by association transform correlation, by summing normalization method duplicate complex matter element is obtained, and association compound fuzzy matter element was established by adopting the computing model , finally by relevance sort rock stability evaluation results can be obtained. This model was validated by practical engineering and the result was reasonable and reliable. The result of this method was basically the same as literature [ and it has significant advantages in the calculation and analysis process.

Abstract: Basing on fractal geometry theory, establish fractal calculation model in effective stress, analyze and discuss the relationship between microstructure of porous medium and effective stress, reveal the influence law of the latter on the former. The results of the study show that the fractal calculation model of effective stress can describe the relationship between them. With the increase of effective stress, the fractal dimension of porous medium increases exponentially, porosity and pore number in porous medium decrease exponentially and mean radius of pore decreases.

Abstract: In order to improve the drying rate and to reduce the energy consumption of aquatic product, sea cucumber were treated with high pulse electric field (HPEF) in different frequency, and different voltage. The hot air drying rate of treated sea cucumber was determined and, meanwhile, several quality parameters such as the shrinkage and rehydration rate of samples with pretreatment were determined to compare with those of untreated samples. The results indicated that the hot air drying rate and rehydration rate of sea cucumber can be improved and the shrinkage of sea cucumber can be decreased by HPEF pretreatment, and while HPEF pretreatment was applied for 22.5kV at a frequency of 70Hz, the drying rate could be increased approximately 58%.

Abstract: In the global carbon emission reduction and energy saving environment, the State Grid Corporation is actively establishing energy service system, building a national grid of energy efficiency services data platform. The data through three ways, such as submitted, the existing data extraction and on-line monitoring, are captured for largest energy users, and then uploaded to the company's headquarter data platform through a variety of communication means of the State Grid Corporation private and public network. Headquarter platform take energy efficiency modeling and data analysis with mass data storage, data mining, OLAP, and other technologies.

Abstract: Based on the STCA model, an improved two-lane traffic CA model considering turn signals is proposed. The model designs driver behavior changes because of the effect of turn light of front vehicle, and introduces rules of changing lanes, cutting lanes and yielding the right of way for the rear vehicle. Through computer numerical simulations, this study has presented curve diagrams of relationship between turning rate and energy consumption and also analyzed the effects of driver behavior of the rear vehicles on traffic flow. The results indicate that increased probability of lane change make more turning rate and energy consumption. When probability of lane change is from 0.5 to 1.0, turning rate increases 13.23% and energy consumption increases 22.15% . Compared with the traditional model, STCA model can depict more complex traffic situations and reproduce driver behaviors and more realistic process of traffic.

Abstract: Energy saving and emission reduction is a necessary way for China to develop low carbon economy. Based on the knowledge of industrial structure adjustment and scientific technology progress, a potential analysis is addressed through four general models, namely modified structure evolution-energy intensity interconnection model, modified structure evolution-carbon dioxide emission intensity interconnection model, scientific technology progress-energy intensity interconnection model and scientific technology progress-carbon dioxide emission intensity interconnection model. It shows that both industrial structure adjustment and scientific technology have a great significance on energy saving and carbon emission reduction in China during the period from 1995 to 2010, and industrial structure adjustment shows more energy saving and emission reduction potential than scientific technology progress. With the development of industrial structure and scientific technology, during the 12th five-year plan period, the energy intensity saving potential of them are 0.5166 and 1.0526tce/10,000RMB respectively; and the carbon emission intensity potential of them are 1.2883 and 2.9536t/10,000RMB respectively. So it is very important to make full use of scientific technology progress potential to service for energy saving and emission reduction in the future.

Abstract: For one thing Energy distribution is an important link during the countrys sustainable development for another it is the key issue that decides whether a county is up to the international standard, therefore, increasingly importance has been attached to the selection and distribution of the energy. From the perspective of practical applications and the situation of Chinas natural gas assumption, we set up model and forecast China next three years natural gas assumption. Based on it, we found models in different industries, which maximize the degree of satisfaction of the natural gas consumption distributed to diverse vocations.

Abstract: Aiming at monthly load of power system, it is forecasted by using the method of partial least squares regression and the model of improving grey prediction.First, using improved grey prediction model to forecast impact factors, then establishing partial least squares model according to the characteristics of the monthly load and the change of the main impact factors. The final fitted out a linear relation between load and impact factors. Practical example shows that the method has higher prediction accuracy, effectiveandfeasible.

Abstract: The growing concern in the negative effects of fossil fuels on the environment and the heavy dependency on fossil fuels imports has forced many countries to use renewable energy sources. The Kyoto Protocol and the EU policies are examples of political goals fostering the use of these green sources. In this paper the efficiency of photovoltaic technology is evaluated with Data Envelopment Analysis in Italy considering installed power capacity, solar irradiation, investment and operating costs as inputs and energy intensity and the CO2 avoided as outputs; the more and the less efficient region is selected and an accurate analysis of the obtained resultsis outlined. The policy implications of the obtained results conclude the paper.

Abstract: In the following paper, the grid parity is defined as the point of which the retail price of electricity is at least the same as the cost of generation (which is a mix of different generation sources: nuclear, natural gas, coal, petroleum, hydro, wind, photovoltaic, and more). This cost is levelized though a studied formula which considers various cost parameters. The grid parity depends on the photovoltaic (PV) system cost, the interest rate, and the retail cost of the electricity, so there are some variables that when combined can help researchers understand how far a system is from achieving grid parity. This study will consider some vigorous surveys to clarify which the parameters affect the results.
