Design and Analysis of Rack-Torsional Hydraulic Straightening Machine

Abstract:

The rack always gets deformation in torsion after hobbing, it effects machining accuracy and performance. This paper is proposed to analyze the reason of deformation, combined with a series of technical requirements, furthermore rack-torsional hydraulic straightening machine is designed and researched. By using Simulation module in Solidworks to complete finite element analysis of key components, so the expected design requirements of the system can be ensured.
