Abstract: Laser point set has a massive quantity of data, which not only increases system load, but greatly reduces the follow-up processing efficiency as well. Considering the difficulty of mass point cloud data organization and management, grid index of point cloud data based on the decimal linear quadtree is proposed in this paper, point cloud data is segmented and encoded by means of linear quadtree based on decimal system, which will be stored in SQL Server, then, we can block and index point cloud in terms of Morton code or rectangular region, combine with the advantages of both spatial index and database to manage point cloud efficiently and safely. The results show that the proposed method ideally solves the problem of point cloud data organization and management.

Abstract: A wireless sensor network (WSN) consists of spatially distributed wireless sensor nodes. The node power constrains the development of WSN. Employing techniques of clustering can reduce energy consumption of wireless sensor nodes and prolong the network lifetime. Therefore, in the study a new clustering routing algorithm is presented. The clustering algorithm uses the double-layer sensor nodes to communicate. And in order to optimize power energy consumption for WSN node energy, PSO algorithm is employed to find cluster head in each layer. Simulation results show that the algorithm not only can equal power energy of node, but also can reduce consumption in the long distance data transmission.

Abstract: The database design is one of three key points for the construction of management information system, which is directly related to the pros and cons of the application systems functional structure, system performance and data safety. In this paper, according to the business operation feature of commercial bank credit management system and combined with the relational database modeling, database design technology and database management operation mechanism, the design key links of commercial bank credit management system was detailed analyzed from the application perspective, and the corresponding solutions were provided.

Abstract: This paper introduces the structure, principle and control mode of the electronic hydraulic brake system, and using simulation software AMESim to carry on the modeling and simulation study. Through the simulation of the WBS brake system, and comparison between the theory and the test, the WBS model is introduced and analyzed, which has great theoretical and practical significance to the future braking system.

Abstract: At present, Java technology is the most popular technology in IT industry. Concerning the IT talents, Java technology belongs to the serial professional technology with the most industrial employment competitiveness, and the working process systemization is the most effective training mode to cultivate IT talents. In this paper, a set of Java technology modules were designed and optimized with the theoretical guidance of the working process systemization, and the modules mainly included Java, JavaScript, XML, Java Web and JavaEE. Abstract: With rapid development of internet, various applications based on internet are increasingly highlighted. In the teaching of quality and technology supervision system, there are more and more businesses to use computer and the theory can be combined with practice to complete work with strong profession including inspection and enforcement. It requires staff in the system to learn theoretical knowledge and practice a lot to master knowledge really and play a role in practical application. In the current education and assessment mode, real level of staff cannot be assessed really. In terms of level in the practice aspect, it cannot guide staff to learn these courses with effective means. The online testing system based on Web comes into being under the circumstance. It gradually develops with network technology and database technology. It can test staff at any time with the network, stretching traditional testing room; in addition, network resources can be utilized effectively to service quality supervision cause in a better way.

Abstract: The Web has been rapidly deepened by many searchable databases online, where data are hidden behind query interfaces. There may be hundreds or thousands of Web databases providing data of relevance to a specific domain on the Web. In the face of these large-scale Web databases, the core problem is to select the most appropriate ones to a users query. While this problem has received more attentions recently, current approaches still have the simplified and empirical limitations. In this paper, we propose a Web database selection approach based on classification. We cast Web database selection as a classification problem and combine multiple kinds of features which are about the query and Web databases. We use the classification model to obtain the relevancy of every individual Web database for a user query and select top-K ones to provide the query results. Experiments show that our approach yields high performance.
