Abstract: To improve the energy efficiency of central air-conditioning system, established a central air-conditioning control system based on fuzzy prediction control and LonWorks. Fuzzy prediction controller design consist of upper computer and lower computer. Upper computer fuzzy control program written in VB to achieve system main components of energy conservation, and used the "WebAccess" to monitor the air-conditioning system. Lower computer used the Neuron C language program to achieve energy-saving of air-conditioning terminal equipment and downloaded to the intelligent node of neuron chip to achieve energy-saving control. Abstract: Taking the ventilation system of Jinshandian Iron Mine as the background of this research, the author proposed and designed an automatic remote monitoring system of mine ventilation based on PLC and LabView in the essay. As various sensors and PLC are set in the mine, the system is able to achieve real-time monitoring and display towards the working state and working environment parameters for the fans and motors in the mine. With intelligent analytical technologies, the system will optimally regulate the start-up and shut-down or running frequency of all fans according to the change of personnel, equipment and working environment parameters, and play a role in dynamic display, early warning and remote control for the mine ventilation system. Practice has proved that the application of the system in the production of Jinshandian Iron Mine has successfully protected the staff and equipment, realized the remote central monitoring and controlling for the production, improved the automatic management for mining enterprises, and reduced the cost for ventilation.

Abstract: Technology macro-program application in numerical control is the secondary development tool which numerical control system manufacturers supported to the customers. It is the highest manual approach of numerically controlled lathe programming. This article introduces the programming process of macro-program parabola machining. Through practicing and researching the key functionality of the macro-program parabola machining, we can effective and reasonable master this ability and greatly increase the working ability of numerical control lathe.

Abstract: In order to improve the controllability and safety of electric vehicle, the flexibility of the motor control system, and ensure the service life of the motor controller, a kind of brushless DC motor control system that used microcontroller with special integrated circuits is suggested in this paper. Introduced the control scheme and operational principle of the control system, given the main hardware circuit, and expounded the control strategy and software design of system. In this control system, the microcontroller is mainly used to control special integrated circuits, implement good man-machine conversation and control strategy, as well as the management of the lead-acid battery; Special integrated circuits main to control the motor, alleviate the pressure of microcontroller effectively, guarantee the microcontroller to complete other work better. The test result indicates that the control system have a simple structure, response quickly, good reliability.

Abstract: Focus on the disadvantages such as complicated circuit , poor reliability, difficulty troubleshooting and etc of the traditional relay-contactor control system of Z3040 radial drilling machine, the PLC control system design plan was proposed, the hardware and software design of electrical control system included the PLC selection, the I/O terminal assignments, the I/O hardware wiring diagram drawing as well as the PLC ladder program design was completed in this thesis based on control theory analysis of radial drilling machine.

Abstract: After China joins into WTO, the world factory position has been established. Our numerical control machine obtains great development. The vertical turret controller is the most important part of numerically-controlled lathe. This article introduces the installation, disassembly, and debugging of the vertical turret controller. Moreover, it is based on the common fault during the installation and debugging. The emphasis analysis is the fault of the vertical turret controller of numerically-controlled lathe and provides the relative maintenance plan.
