Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the CNC hand wheel and analyzes the working principle of CNC hand wheel. Here make a circuit board based on the hardware design and software implementation. Simulation results were presented in this paper. Using this method can eliminate the interference of the hand wheel signal effectively and record the pulse signal of hand wheel accurately, and have achieved good results in FOXCONN.

Abstract: The noise signal caused by measurement and observation seriously affected the control quality in PID control of DC motor. A PID regulation technology was proposed which was based on Kalman filter. The system state was estimated by the Kalman filter so that the measurement and observation noise signal was inhibited thus resulting in the system performance improved. The designed controller was dynamically simulated in MATLAB. The results showed that the noise signal existed in the system was effectively filtered by PID regulation technology with Kalman filter so that the system performance was improved.

Abstract: Based on POC set theory and SOC unit, a 1T3R parallel stable platform is proposed. The Single cylinder force analysis is studied. Then uses Newton-Euler method, gives full consideration to these various factors: without neglecting the ball screw rotation, friction between the spherical joint, the mass and the moment of inertia of electric cylinders, based above the dynamic theoretical Analysis of the stable platform is researched. The paper makes the guide sense for the follow-up research and the application of the 1T3R mechanism.

Abstract: In order to reduce the fuel consumption and emissions of automobile, the engine idle speed control method was studied. The basic concept of engine idle speed and the requirements and strategies of idle speed control were introduced, and the features and structures of CAN bus technology were analyzed. An idle speed control system of automobile engine based on CAN bus was designed which included main control module, front control module and rear control module. The overall structure, hardware design and software implementation of the system were given. The system can realize the desired functions, and it has certain application value.

Abstract: In order to improve the dynamic response, the steady state precision and the anti-disturbance capability of the brushless DC motor drive system, a kind of adaptive compensation control strategy combining with the linear quadratic optimal control and fuzzy control theory is proposed in this paper. According to the state space model of Brushless DC motor, the Kalman filter is adopted to estimate the state variables. The optimal state feedback control matrix is given by linear quadratic optimal control theory. The deviation caused by random disturbance is compensated by the output of fuzzy controller. The results of simulation show that proposed method can not only effectively suppress random disturbance, but also has good speed regulation performance.

Abstract: Control system is a very important part of flexible manufacturing system, But the disadvantages of traditional FMS communication network is getting more and more can't meet the need of the high-speed development of flexible manufacturing system technology, the real-time and the high efficiency of the communication system, this paper puts forward the fieldbus network used in flexible manufacturing system. By means of field bus communication technology to realize flexible manufacturing system, set up the master station and slave station in the system, multi-level real-time management, the reliability of the system has been greatly improved.

Abstract: To the pusher and variable load synchronous motion of hydraulic dual-cylinder system, the "Bang-Bang" control mechanism and the non-continuous control technology are adopted. The hydraulic system that used the ordinary realizes a synchronization error less than two percent. The stability and reliability of the system are improved and the cost of the system is reduced. Especially in the pusher and other industrial areas, the hydraulic system is more suitable for engineering application. By the ability of computers software servo control, the output of the application system can meet the performance standard and make complex mechanical control. it proves that a non-continuous control method is an effective way to carry out the digital control.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of power matching between diesel engine and HST, a simulation model was built by AMEsim. By using of simulation, the result of speed characteristic in closed loop feedback system was analyzed. The results show that power matching and joint control between diesel engine and HST is an effective way to improve the vehicles matching identity and ensure its working point in the economic region.

Abstract: Considering the high-order, time-varying and nonlinear characteristics of the tiltrotor aircraft in conversion mode, the control requirements and the specific conversion scheme are presented first. An improved back propagation (BP) neural network PID control algorithm is then proposed, utilizing the strong nonlinear mapping characteristics of neural network. In the proposed algorithm, an inertia term is added to the gradient-descent-based weight adjustment formula of the conventional BP neutral network in order to increase the convergence rate and obtain satisfactory control effects. Finally simulation results indicate the effectiveness of the proposed algorihm.
