Abstract: As a result of linear matrix inequality (LMI) and its good nature of mathematics as well as the breakthrough of solution method, many control problems can be transformed into a standard LMI problem to solve. Linear matrix inequality has received widely attention and applications in control system analysis and design. This paper introduces some of the basic content of LMI, such as the general description, the relevant algorithms and software. The controller will be designed using LMI such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable, and simulation will be given using Matlab. Finally, the population model will be given and analyzed.

Abstract: Based on the relationship between electrical equipment discharge and ultraviolet radiation, this paper proposed the use of UV pulse method to detect switchgear arcing faults. Switchgear protection system based on this new technique detects arcing faults by analyzing the ultraviolet produced by electric arc. The technique was implemented and tested in laboratory, and results verified the performance of the protection system; its capable to calculate the number of UV pulses and cut off faults fast and precisely.

Abstract: This paper analyses the status of aquiculture in China and gives out some of its potential problems. In order to over these problems, Industrial fieldbus and Intranet technology are used in this paper to achieve the hardware and software design, as well as control strategies for factory aquaculture. It applies WEB server, database server and browser to establish the management platform for environment control and production process. The whole system was successfully verified at Zhenjiang production base. Through a real-time control of dissolved oxygen, temperature and PH in pond, this system stabilizes these parameters at each own optimum values, and dramatically improves the overall productivity. The test results show that this system is easy-operated and user friendly, it provides a direct and practical measure for aquiculture, and saves energy as well.

Abstract: Randomized sampling-based motion planners could efficiently generate collision-free motion paths. However, these paths have some quality problems (with respect to quality measures, such as path length, clearance and smoothness), especially in high dimensional configuration spaces. Thus, researchers studied some path optimization methods to improve path quality and to make paths suitable for practical applications. This paper reviews some of the most influential path optimization methods and gives an overall perspective on the most widely used ideas in the field.

Abstract: Fine reservoir description plays an important role in oil and gas exploration and development, reservoir geological modeling is the core of fine reservoir description and the new technology developed in recent years of quantitatively characterizing reservoir as well. Petrel can be used to build three-dimensional visualization of quantitative reservoir by simulating and forecasting the reservoir characteristics and properties of parameters .And the reservoir unit is the targets of system modeling used to guide the re-awareness and tapping of the potential reservoir. This article describes three-dimensinal structure modeling of Lishui Depression East China Sea Basin with the help of powerful 3D visualization capabilities and integrated functional modules of the exploration and development, and results of case study show that the three-dimensinal structure model consists with its actual geological information, thus providing strong support for exploration and development of decision-making.

Abstract: This paper introduced the Bin Packing Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem. It introduced the constraints and differences between algorithms of two-dimensional and three-dimensional loading capacitated vehicle routing problem. It gave a review of models and algorithms for Bin Packing Capacitated VRP. Finally, it prospected future research orientations and possible improvement in this area.

Abstract: Grid computing is a computing model in which computing resources are geographically dispersed. A computing node can share these resources as well as can transfer applications at other nodes to execute it. Due to the absence of centralized authority in grid, some resources may be overloaded and others may be under loaded. To obtain high performance, load balance strategy is necessarily needed. Load balance strategy can be affected by different parameters like network parameters, application characteristics, computing node capacity etc. In this paper, we consider using three parameters namely network parameters, computation node capacity and application characteristic to obtain effective load balance. All these parameters will pass to AHP (Arithmetic hierarchy process) for automatic decision making to select better resources for high performance service.

Abstract: This paper starts with the basic process of music recognition to complete the study on extraction and realization of seven musical characteristics of the music features characterization, at the same time, the paper in-depth studies the pitch value duration, tonality characteristic extraction unit. Fourier analysis method based on short-time uses the computer programming for audio signal automatic analysis and processing, implements the characteristics recognition of the piano music playing, Experimental data show that the average recognition rate of algorithm is above 95% with the strong recognition ability, which provides the core technology support for developing the evaluation system of piano performance.

Abstract: An improved Memetic algorithm is applied in this article. Mathematical model is proposed to optimize the laminate strength. The composites laminate strength optimization system with local operator library and rule operator library has been developed by the object-oriented programming with C++. The local operator has contributed to increase the convergence rate and the rule operators have contributed to implement practical design aspects in optimization of laminated composite plates. A numerical example demonstrates the validity of optimization model and practical applicability of the improved Memetic algorithm; hence, exhibiting the improvement of the method in tackling the stacking sequence.
