Abstract: Taking Guangxi agriculture and cultivation state-owned Jinguang Farm, Qianjiang Farm, Xinxing Farm and Liangqi Farm as land reclamation cases studies, 16 evaluation indices were selected from four aspects, i.e., investment in land reclamation project, implementation intensity of land reclamation, land use structure, and efficiency output of land reclamation, to evaluate the reasonability of land reclamation in the project area. The improved TOPSIS method and obstacle degree model were used to evaluate reasonability and diagnose obstacle factors. Results showed that the efficiency output of land reclamation had the greatest impact on its reasonability, followed by land use structure, with investment of land reclamation project having the least impact. The index obstacle factors mainly referred to the improved value of land quality. Through analysis of the evaluation results, the reasonability and obstacle factors of land reclamation were objectively determined to provide a reference for land reclamation in practice.

Abstract: Iron ore resources are rich in Qianbaoling region. Long-term iron ore mining has brought huge economic benefits to the region, but also generated a lot of geological environment problems including destruction of land and water resources, hidden trouble of geological disaster and destruction of ecological landscape. This paper analyzes the characteristics and harms of the geological environment problems in the mining area, and presents a comprehensive treatment program, where engineering methods such as cutting slopes, building retaining walls, building drains and leveling land are combined with biological methods like planting grass and trees. Through the implementation of mining environmental treatment project, the hazards caused by mine geological environment problems will be minimized, the ecological environment will be improved gradually, and the local agricultural economics will be developed.

Abstract: The influence factors of land price can give reasonable explanation to the spatial pattern of land price, at the same time provide the scientific reference for real estate development, government price control and people satisfied with the purchase. Rough set deletes redundant attributes and simplifies data processing, reduces the large amount of datas complex computation, fully excavates intrinsic objective regularity of the data itself. Rough set has attribute reductions advantages, and has the significant advantages in the aspect of determining weights. The improved rough set to determine weight gives full consideration to the effects of each condition attribute to single attribute weight, that makes the calculating weights are more scientific and reasonable. Therefore, in this paper use the improved rough set to analyze the influence factors of Shanghai commodity housing land price, and compare the results with the results of grey correlation degree and principal component analysis combined with significant regression equation which also are the method of calculating the objective weight. Fully confirm that the rough set applied to the research of land price influence factors is scientific and reasonable, explain the spatial distribution pattern of Shanghai commodity housing land price, provide the reference for making and adjusting the local land market commodity residential land price, and provide a more advanced method for land price influence factors analysis and research in academic research.

Abstract: In order to reveal the characteristics of land use change in the south loess plateau, this paper tentatively divided Loess Plateau into North and South under the support of GIS, and then introduced land use spatial temporal dynamic model, analyzed land use dynamic change in provincial scale. The results showed: during the 25 years, construction land area increased from 3555.99 km2 to 4794.28 km2, unused land decreased by 0.02 percentage points, forest land area increased from 51011.31 km2 to 51066.79 km2, waters increased of 0.01 percentage points, farmland area decreased to 98561.57 km2 from100004.79 km2, grassland area increased by 0.08 percentage points. Land use change important values in province scale on each were not identical, showed obvious regional differences.Introduction.

Abstract: To planning and protecting an fixed quality and quantity of important cultivated land is a significant method of guarantee food security, society stability and economic development. The research puts forward that important cultivated land refer to high-quality, sectors-connecting, permanent, stable of cultivated land by analysis of the connotation, the existing problems and rooted reasons are analyzed, which are due to the deficient method of important cultivated land planning. On this basis, the research constructs the evaluating system of cultivated land quality and site conditions referring to American LESA system idea, which guarantee good quality and coordinated site conditions and permanent stability of important cultivated land protection and planning.

Abstract: This paper researched the soil and vegetation conditions of BaShang grassland in HeBei province in china by adopting the method of field investigation and data collection .In the topography ,parent material, such as variable section, set the soil profile. Studied of the changes of soil texture and structure of space. Using plant community of minimum area survey method and plant community structure of time and space, ecological gradient survey method, and through the quadrat , collect data. Studied the relationship between plant community structure spacetime and the ecological gradient. Try to find the corresponding land use patterns and understand the BaShang grassland ecological environment change mechanism.

Abstract: Soil water content is an important factor that influences plant growth of different forests, and then affecting the forest ecosystem carbon storage through the net primary productivity. In this study, a throughfall exclusion experiment was carried out to explore effects of drought on vegetation carbon storage in moso bamboo forest in North Zhejiang of China. The results were showed as follows. The vegetation carbon storage of moso bamboo forest under throughfall exclusion treatment was 14.35% lower than the control plots. And the net CO2 sequestration was 125.07% lower than the control plots. The litterfall in control plots has a tiny drop when compared with the throughfall exclusion plots. These results indicated that drought could reduce forest ecosystem carbon storage and carbon fixation capacity.

Abstract: Under the background of global climate change, the relationship of the construction of large reservoirs and the regional climate change became one of the hot research topics. Some researchers put forward the theory that the large reservoirs possibly emit considerable green house air, which might affect the regional climate. Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR) is one of large reservoirs in China, and its impacts on local climate are studied in this paper. The large scale long time series of hydrological and meteorological data in 1961~2008 is used to analyze the trend of the air temperature, precipitation, evaporation rate, rainstorm days, fog days, et. all in Yangtze River Basin and TGR area before and after the impoundment of TGR. The paper reveals that the consistency and specificity of the climate evolution in regional scale and country scale. In addition, the internal driving forces for the regional ecological environmental evolution are discussed.
