Abstract: This papers deals with the study of the algorithm of classification method based on decision tree for remote sensing image. The experimental area is located in the Xiangyang district, the data source for the 2010 satellite images of SPOT and TM fusion. Moreover, classification method based on decision tree is optimized with the help of the module of RuleGen and applied in regional remote sensing image of interest. The precision of Maximum likelihood ratio is 95.15 percent, and 94.82 percent for CRAT. Experimental results show that the classification method based on classification and regression tree method is as well as the traditional one.

Abstract: The paper uses D level, E level and the level of GPS control network establishment satellite space geodetic network in Zoucheng city, through the baseline calculating, classic adjustment of free network, three-dimensional unconstrained adjustment and two-dimensional constraint adjustment to get the WGS-84 three dimensional coordinates and 1980 xi 'an horizontal coordinates of control points; then using the fourth-order levelling connection survey all D-level and part E-level control points to build vertical control network, for the remaining GPS control points we utilize quadric function method using GPS elevation fitting given its elevation seek to obtain three-dimensional coordinates of all the basic control points.

Abstract: In view of the lack of high-precision and high-resolution texture information of three-dimensional laser point cloud, this paper proposes a fusion method of three-dimensional laser point cloud and high-resolution digital images. Firstly the point cloud is transformed to the spherical image of laser intensity by projection. Then the rigorous projection transformation relation between the external digital image and three-dimensional point cloud is constructed easily through spherical image and feature information. Finally the color information of the point cloud is given by digital images. The experiment indicates that the novel method is able to avoid the layout difficulty of control points in the field and operating the three-dimensional data of indoor work, and meanwhile achieve the control of geometric accuracy.

Abstract: Uses 2011 years TM/ETM images classification were land uses/cover type figure, combination Great Khinggan area digital elevation model (DEM), and soil type distribution figure and research regional rainfall information, we got all factors values of space distribution in the USLE model, got soil erosion volume estimates data and soil erosion strength distribution figure based on grid cell data. Result indicate that the micro-absolute percentage of erosion throughout the study area, with increasing slope, area of erosion and erosion gradually reduce trend increases with the elevation increases, reduced erosion area after, generally good soil and water conservation in the region.

Abstract: In the process of urban disaster emergency rescue, vehicle route optimization has become a key problem of city emergency rescue. In order to improve the emergency rescue responsiveness, a dynamic vehicle routing optimization model is established, which takes dynamic transportation network as the research object and travel time as the goal. At the same time, an improved ant algorithm is used to solve the model, which achieves the desired objectives.

Abstract: It is difficult for the existing image change detection algorithms to achieve fast change detection, due to their complexities and large calculated quantities. It applied the spatial autocorrelation statistics method in the image change detection, and identified potential changes in the image area by comparing the spatial autocorrelation coefficients of images acquired at different times. With this method utilized in the change detection of the coral reef ecosystem, it detected the changes of two scene TM images. The results have validated the simplicity and accuracy of this method.

Abstract: To solve the problem that the present geological monitoring system's large size and high power consumption, this paper designed a miniaturized and high integrated geological monitoring sensor node. The node uses acceleration sensors and temperature-humidity sensors to detect the environmental parameter, and use GPRS module to construct wireless transmission system, which greatly improves transmission distance and reduces the difficulty of the networking, and uses MSP430F5 series micro-controller to control the node. After experiments and testings, the multi-mode wireless sensor nodes introduced in this paper, can effectively measure the information of of the earth's surfaces, such as the humidity, tilt angle and displacement, and so on . It will have a certain engineering value in geological monitoring areas.

Abstract: This Land desertification has been a worldwide ecological and environmental problem. It is the significance for effective remedy of land desertification to monitor the desertification ,know well the present situation ,intensity as well as dynamic variation rules of the desertification. In recent years, remote sensing has become an important technology to monitor land desertification.Firstly, we summarize the research progress in monitoring land desertification using remote sensing data acquisition. Then, we discuss about themethods to extract information of land desertification from remote sensing image, which includes artificial visual interpretation, supervised classification, unsupervised classification, hierarchical decision tree classification, neural network classification and spectral mixture analysis£¬and also we comprehensively compare the strength and weaknesses of each method. Finally, We point out the problems in the remote sensing technology application to land desertification monitoring and put forward the development prospects in the application of remote sensing to monitoring land desertification.

Abstract: Based on Radar mosaic 3D data, automatic weather stations and disaster wind data, twenty cases of thunderstorm gale from 2008 to 2012 in North China are analyzed to develop a automated detection of thunderstorm gale with fuzzy logical based algorithm. The capability of the algorithm was examined.

Abstract: To explore the distribution of gross agricultural production (GPA) is significant to the sustainable development of tropical agricultural growth. Taking Hainan Island as the study area, the spatial distribution and influence factors of GPA were elucidated by applying the GIS spatial analysis tools and factor analysis. The results showed that the distribution of Hainan GAP was uneven. The uneven distribution of GAP in counties was mainly caused by the variation of agricultural structure. The GPA was mainly determined by SAV, NEPA, and SAG. The distribution characters of Factor 1 was similar with the distribution of GAP in study area, and some agricultural planning can be made to improve the GAP of middle Hainan area, ie, increasing the sown area of vegetables and labor force input.
