Determination of Phoxim in Water Sample by Hollow Fiber Supported Ionic Liquid Coupled with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:

An easy, rapid sensitive and efficient method for the enrichment of phoxim in water sample based on enhancement effect of room temperature ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium hexafluorophosphate, BmimPF6) for hollow fiber membrane liquid phase microextraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been exploited. The influences of the analytical conditions such as the extraction time, stirring speed, NaCl concentration, extraction temperature, the pH of the sample solution, were studied.
