Abstract: B ultrasonic technology is characterized by safety, no damage, simple operation, quick conclusion and high coincidence rate. Based on the application of B ultrasonic technology, the canine pregnancy test and research on the diagnostic methods of obstetric diseases are made; through the analysis based on the typical B ultrasound diagnosis, the canine pregnancy test and the diagnosis of the obstetric diseases are achieved, and the scientific methods and means are provided for the examination of the canine reproductive system.

Abstract: Four different bacteriostatic agents H2O2, NaClO, ClO2, and ozone water (O3) were used to the sterilization pretreatment of fresh muscle of penaeus vannamei. The bactericidal effect of these bacteriostatic agents were evaluated by aerobic bacterial count method, sensory evaluation and chromatic aberration analysis. The results showed that the optimum pretreatment concentrations of sterilization pretreatment by H2O2, NaClO, ClO2 and ozone water (O3) were 3.0 g/kg, 50 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg respectively. The optimum pretreatment time of sterilization pretreatment by H2O2, NaClO, ClO2 and ozone water (O3) were 60 s, 300 s, 300 s and 300 s respectively. Furthermore, the bactericidal coefficients of sterilization pretreatment by H2O2, NaClO, ClO2 and ozone water (O3) were 91.6%, 95.1%, 92.3% and 99.6% respectively. The effects of color and flavor of fresh muscle treated by these four bacteriostatic agents were compared. The results showed that the color and flavor of fresh muscle was less effected by ozone water (O3) method used for sterilization pretreatment method than other three methods. The total number of bacterial colony of sample treated 600 s by 1.0 mg/kg of ozone water (O3) method was reduced to 3.4 lgCFU/g, and the advantages of this method are significant sterilization effect as well as the low influences of color and sensory quality.

Abstract: This paper presents a mutual mode entropy algorithm to quantify the degree of coupling between two simultaneous acquisition of beta rhythm EEG time series. Applying the algorithm to calculate beta rhythm EEG and hypothesis testing, the results show that coupling degree was significantly different between different physiological states which indicating that mutual mode entropy can be used to analyze the coupling between the time series. The mutual mode entropy also can be parameter measuring brain state which can be applied to assist future clinical evaluation of brain function.

Abstract: Objective: To determine the four kinds of alkaloid and the total alkaloid in Co-dergocrine Mesyiate tablets by HPLC. Methods: HPLC was used. C18column (250mm×4.6mm5μm) was selected, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-H2O-triethylamine (50:150:5).Detection was performed by UV with wavelength of 280nm.Results:A linearity of alkaloid I was obtained from 240.336 to 961.344μg/mL with good correlation (r=0.9997). The average recovery of alkaloid Iwas 101.16%, and RSD was0.92%. A linearity of alkaloidII(α isomer) was obtained from 240.336 to 961.344μg/mL with good correlation (r=0.9998). The average recovery of α-alkaloidII was 99.31%, and RSD was1.14%. A linearity of alkaloidII(β isomer) was obtained from 240.336 to 961.344μg/mL with good correlation (r=0.9999). The average recovery of β-alkaloidII was 97.31%, and RSD was1.96%. A linearity of alkaloid IIIwas obtained from 240.336 to 961.344μg/mL with good correlation (r=0.9998).The average recovery of alkaloidIII was 102.02%, and RSD was 1.38%.Conclusion:The HPLC is sensitive and accurate in determining the four kinds of alkaloid in Co-dergocrine Mesyiate tablets. It can be applied efficiently.

Abstract: The effect of Armillaria mellea on blood lipid levels and oxidative stress in mice fed on high-fat diet was investigated. Animals were allocated to the Armillaria mellea polysaccharides-treatment groups (I, II) and Armillaria mellea oligosaccharides-treatment groups (I, II). All mice were fed with high-fat diet for 40 days but control mice with basic diet. TC, TG, HDL-c, LDL-c were measured by enzymatic and colorimetric methods. The same, MDA,SOD, GSH-PX were measured. Results showed that administration of Armillaria mellea polysaccharides and oligosaccharides significantly increased antioxidant enzymes GSH-Px activities and decreased TC, TG, LDL-c, MDA level in mice (P < 0.05) compared with model group. In conclusion Armillaria mellea polysaccharides and oligosaccharides were able to protect mices antioxidative and improve abnormal blood lipid levels.

Abstract: Enterococcus faecium IN3531 has beensuccessfully confirmed to have no disease-causing factors and antibioticresistance and it had been confirmed that the ability to produce bacteiocins inMRS. In this study, the effects of the complex food environment in Chinese fermentationpaocai making on Enteriocin IN3531 production were studied. It was concludedthat the complex food environment didn’t thoroughly interferes with bacteriocinproduction levels. Results obtained showed that the suitable fermentationconditions for enterocin IN3531 production in Chinese fermentation paocai makingusing Enterococcus faecium IN3531 asa starter were the initial salt concentration of 2%, the inoculum size of 3%,the fermentation temperature of 35 °C, the ratio of material to liquid of 30%, fermentationtime of 108 hours.

Abstract: The effect of SO2-4 concentration ranging from 0 to 10 g/L on fermentative hydrogen production by enriched anaerobic sludge was investigated using glucose as substrate at 35°C and initial pH 7.0. The experimental results showed that the hydrogen yield increased with increasing SO2-4 concentration from 0 to 0.05 g/L. The maximum maximum hydrogen yield of 272.2 mL/g glucose were obtained at the SO2-4 concentration of 0.05 g/L. The average hydrogen production rate increased with increasing SO2-4 concentration from 0 to 0.1 g/L and the maximum average hydrogen production rate of 8.4 mL/h was obtained at the SO2-4 concentration of 0.1 g/L. The Han-Levenspiel model could describe the effect of SO2-4 concentration on average hydrogen production rate successfully.

Abstract: Aim To evaluate the effect of Huachansu Parenteral Emulsion on immune function in mice. Methods Clearance of charcoal particles and Serum hemolysin test was used to evaluate the immune function of the drug. RESULTS Huachansu Parenteral Emulsion (0.04mg/kg, i.v.) and Lentinan for Injection (0.02mg/kg, i.v.) remarkable enhanced the clearance rate K, clearance index α. Huachansu Parenteral Emulsion (0.04mg/kg 0.06mg/kg, i.v.) and Lentinan for Injection (0.02mg/kg, i.v.) remarkable enhanced serum hemolysin level on Cyclophosphamide for injection (Cy)-induced immunodeficiencies in mice, but had no effect in normal mice.

Abstract: Plant microRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in the post-transcriptional regulation of plant growth, development, flowering, metabolism, and responses to stress. Verticillium wilt is a vascular disease in plants caused by the fungal pathogen Verticillium dahliae. In order to find and investigate miRNAs related to the upland cotton variety Zhongzhimian KV-1 resistant Verticillium wilt, deep sequencing technology was used to construct small RNA libraries of two samples, which from seedlings of KV-1 cotton by different pathogenicity strains Verticillium wilt pathogen infections. The V. dahliae strains D07038 and V991 were used in this study and are moderately virulent and virulent, respectively. miRNAs with differential expression among the samples were obtained through analysis of sequencing data and three miRNAs (miR1423a-5p, miR3444a-5p and miR5562) were chosen to be identified by quantitative real-time RT-PCR (qRT-PCR). At the same time, their target genes were predicted. The results of qRT-PCR were consistent, which indicated 3444a-5p and miR5562 were with the highest expression level in virulent condition, but miR1423a-5p was a low-level expression. The results of experiments agreed with deep sequencing data basically. Analysis of the transcript data for target genes of three conserved miRNAs indicated that they play an important role in plant-pathogen interaction mechanism. The identification and characterisation of miRNAs from upland cotton may help to further the study of miRNA regulatory mechanisms that are involved in resistance to Verticillium wilt.

Abstract: House fly maggot, Musca domestica (Linnaeus) (Diptera: Muscidae) is one of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In our earlier studies, the anti-inflammatory and anti-atherosclerotic functions of the housefly maggot have been found and also the anti-inflammatory effective parts have been acquired. In this study, the effect of housefly maggot anti-inflammatory parts on proliferation and migration of TNF-α-stimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were investigated. And the results showed that the proliferation index and the migration rates of HUVEC which stimulated by TNF-α were decreased significantly in housefly maggot anti-inflammatory parts treatment group. And also the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) was decreased too compared with only TNF-α treatment group. Based on the above, the housefly maggot anti-inflammatory parts could regulate the endothelial cell dysfunction through decreasing cell proliferation and migration and a reduction in VEGF expression might plays a key role in this process.
