Abstract: High-strength steel has a promising application due to vehicle mass reduction requirement while the high springback of forming and welding processes limits its application. Bending control and welding processes of ZQS700Z welded tube for automotive drive shaft are studied and the key processing technology is obtained. Weld microstructure analysis and flattening/flaring tests are performed and good performances are obtained.

Abstract: The vibration-stress field could be formed by high vibration intensity in vibration machine to improve the ability of the collision, shock, shear and extrusion for the system, and it also can avoid plugging screen for vibration screening machine, which could make for solving some special requirements of the vibration machine. To research the vibration machines strongly nonlinear and high vibration intensity characteristic such as certain excitation and uncertain response, the vibration machine with its double-mass is built, and its vibration exciter uses two partial blocks as vibration motor. In addition, dynamic vibration differential equation is established. To achieve high vibration intensity results based on the vibration machines safe working, the advanced control based on the SCM and Intelligent frequency conversion is put forward, and the advanced control system with its host computer, frequency converter, SCM, charge-amplifier, sensor and the vibration machine is been established.

Abstract: This paper designed a new device for producing fresh water. In order to solve the problem of freshwater shortage in the offshore drilling platform or barren island, Firstly the device will change wave energy into gravitational potential energy of the floater. Then the gravitational potential energy of the floater is converted into mechanical energy by the intermediate transmission device. and mechanical energy is converted into pressure energy by the vacuum pump. The pressure of the system is reduced. The saturation temperature of water is further fall. Then the evaporation of seawater required heat is reduced. so the device has the effect of saving energy. Firstly, this paper established the mathematical model in the steady state. Through the analysis of the mathematical model, water production can meet the fresh water requirements of offshore drilling platforms, the device has the economic efficiency and good energy saving effect.. Research contents Firstly, through consulting data and sampling methods, we determine the amount of fresh water of offshore drilling platform on one day, and the minimum water production capacity should be determined; and determine the structural frame work platform sea area near the stable system and weather related natural factors (example: wind speed, wave height, wave cycle).The related natural factors in each season the working platform nearby the offshore drilling platform should be determined.(example: wind speed, wave height, wave cycle). Secondly, according to the analysis of survey results and data, we calculate the dilution tank capacity and the minimum pressure to bear; designing shape of floater , the determination of its size, the reasonable selection of materials, rational design of the wave shape, determine the size, screening materials; reasonable arrangements for the design of negative pressure fresh water conversion device installation. The reasonable installation of the device on the drilling platform Thirdly, we consider the low limit, tank capacity and the size of floater, and errors should be taken into account, then we can determine the working volume of vacuum pump, selecting materials, reasonable pipeline design; determining the size of solar panels and the calculation of the generation. Fourthly, we calculate the minimum driving force, the average working distance of float and power of the pump by the data Fifthly, we considering the various data, then testing weather design of the device is very reasonable through the reasonable calculation; And according to the minimum driving force and float force, we calculate parameters of intermediate transmission mechanism, the design efficient transmission device; by considering the proper placement of solar energy device. Abstract: The PLC-based tension training system consists of three-phase asynchronous motors, programmable logic controllers (PLC), inverters, touch screen and sensor. Taking PLC as the controller, the system uses two sets of three-phase asynchronous motors to complete the delivery and winding of fibers, uses two inverters respectively to control the operation of the motors, and measures the fiber tension through tension sensor, and then feeds back the result to the PLC. Besides, by the touch screen control interface design, the system can achieve single motors inching, winding, and unwinding, two motors simultaneous operation and other operation modes. PID, fuzzy PID, genetic algorithm based PID and other algorithms can be used in the tests of the system. The PLC-based tension training system is of great help for enhancing the hands-on ability of college students or junior technical staff.

Abstract: Frame is the stress of the main components of automobile chassis, under various direction and the form of load, the main damage form is fatigue failure under cyclic loading. In order to predict the fatigue life of the frame structure, combines the finite element analysis and multibody dynamics simulation, the vehicle multi-body dynamics model was established, and according to the China traffic simulation, the corresponding load spectrum was got. Frame finite element model was established and a strength analysis was carried out for the model, on this basis, according to the frame material fatigue performance data and load process, the fatigue life of the frame was studied by using finite element analysis software analysis, the fatigue life distribution and the position of the prone to fatigue failure of the frame were found, the results show that the strength and fatigue life of the frame were comply with the design requirements.

Abstract: When bathing in winter, people often feel cold and wet. In order to solve this problem, a new type water heaters combining with the characteristics of atomizer and traditional water heater will be designed, so as to improve the environment temperature of bathroom. In this paper, design of the programmable controller which is applied to this new type of water heater is introduced, and the control principles of the atomizing heating process and the whole system are presented in detail. The novel solar water heater based on PLC not only has the effect of energy saving and environmental protection, but also works in a reliable way.

Abstract: To reduce the forming process of cartridge case, increase productivity and reduce production cost, this paper has analysed whether heat treatment is needed after cupping process of cartridge case by using DEFORM-3D software. Through comparing numerical simulation results of forming cartridge case after cupping process without heat treatment and with heat treatment, we obtain that large differences exist between them in forming effect and metal flow liquidity. Therefore, its inadvisable for cartridge case to go on the next process without heat treatment directly. The research method of this paper can effectively simulate the forming process of cartridge case. The improvement proposed for cartridge case forming can become a novel idea, and it also can provide a reference for future researchers.

The AIS information contains almost all the necessary information for ship collision prevention, using the information for collision prevention decision-making, has a high credibility and broad application prospects.
