Abstract: The design of cold punching mould CAD/CAM and the combination of CAE analysis can advance analysis of stamping process program, eventually get ideal stamping parameters, realize design automation, save resources and reduce dependence on experience, reduce the demand for skilled workers. This paper, by using nonlinear dynamic finite element software ANSYS/ls-dyna continuous function, simulation of sheet metal forming process and unloading plate deformation, forming process, at any time throughout the von mises stress nephogram should rebound and strain values and unloading plate material as a result, analysis help us better understand the changes of the internal material sheet metal stamping process.

Abstract: The hydraulic slide valve with round orifice spool is often used in hydraulic control system. But it is prone to rotate when the hydraulic oil flow is large. The three-dimensional fluid analysis technology was used to numerically simulate the flow field in the hydraulic slide valve. By using the pressure and velocity characteristics generated for different spool structures by the CFD numerical analysis, the main reason of slide valve rotation was analyzed, which can provide basis for the optimal design of the slide valve structure.

Abstract: Face-gear lubrication characteristic is a important indicator to estimate the scuffing load capacity. In this paper, the model of face-gear loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) was established, and the load distribution among tooth were calculated, then the entrainment velocity and contact stress calculation equations of face-gear drives were derived. On this basis, face-gear Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication (EHL) dimensionless equations were established. Using the multi-grid algorithm to complete the solution of minimum film thickness and film pressure of face-gear drives. Through the calculation example, lubricant film thickness and film pressure variation in the meshing cycle were expresented. It provideds the technical basis for calculation of scuffing load capacity of face-gear.

Abstract: Aimed at the present domestic problems in the forging process of claw pole, such as insufficient corner filling, excessive forming force and short life of dies. On the basis of the analyzing in the claw pole, a new process named the closed hot die forging, direct extrusion process of claw pole is constituted. The numerical simulation using DEFORM-3D and the special mould are used in the forging experiment in order to check the new process. The results show that, new technology has greatly reduced the forming force, thereby reducing the production processes and improving the life of dies for mass production.

Abstract: This paper studies the correlation of non-destructive pavement test devices, the falling weight deflectometer (FWD) and Benkelman Beam (BB), in evaluation of pavement structure capacity. Field measurements were made at an expansion highwayG6 in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China. Based on the deflection results measured with FWD and BB, the relationship between FWD and BB was established. The subgrade moduli of the test section were back-calculated. The results show that the ratio of E(sta) and MR(dyn) is consistent with the suggestion of AASHTO 1993. Due to the fact that the use of FWD test is convenient and the results are stable, it demonstrates that the falling weight deflectometer (FWD) is an appropriate device to evaluate the pavement structural and to select the optimal pavement rehabilitation strategy in the near future.

To accurately detect point target by adopting the temperature detection module, ultrasonic distance measuring module, a color recognition module, humidity detection module, it can be real time display data by LCD module 12864,it can be reach the end of accurate parking .The experimental results show that it completely meets the requirements, This method is simple, accurate and efficient.

Abstract: In order to improve the seeding efficiency and quality of water-saving mulch planters, a kind of multifunction mulch planter with laying irrigation tape was designed based on duckbill type precision seed metering device. It broke the pattern of single planting machine and realized duplex joint seeding operations. The seeding and film mulching performance were also improved by optimizing the seed metering device and film laying device. The planter has the characteristics of simple operation, less investment, reliable performance and good film-mulching result. The result of field test showed that: the average seed space is 150mm; the working speed is 4.3km/h; the pass rate of grain distance is 96.7%; the vacancy rate is 0.8%, the pass rate of seed number is 99.2%. So the sowing quality of the planter is well.
