Abstract: In order to improve the control performance of position trajectory tracking of manipulator joint, a sliding mode control (SMC) method based on genetic algorithm(GA) is proposed in this paper. In this method, the performance of SMC algorithm is improved through adjusting the parameters of switching function and exponential approach law by genetic algorithm. The method was applied to accomplish the precise position control of manipulator joint. Simulation experiments show that the response time in manipulator joint control system by the SMC method based on GA is reduced 0.62s than the ordinary SMC algorithm. And the system restore stability time with a load change is also reduced 0.7s. External disturbance has no significant effect on the control system. The chattering of controller output is significantly reduced.

Abstract: This paper describes the analysis of the chip formation mechanism in mold machining process of large diameter Fresnel lens based on the ABAQUS finite element simulation software and modal test methods. Combined with the material constitutive relation and material failure criteria etc, a two-dimensional orthogonal cutting model was established and the chip derived from the simulation was compared with the chip from modal test, with a consequent verification of the feasibility of simulation chip model. The simulation contributes to an investigation into the effects of the cutting speed on chip formation process. The results show that: the material strength and plastic brittle have significant impact on chip morphology in the H62 brass mold processing, and material strength will improve with the increase of strain rate, the evolution process of the chip of material plastic reduction can be divided into: ribbon cuttings, serrated chips, cell chips.

Abstract: The type of parent-subsidiary wind sailing boat with movable sub-ship, which includes the mother boat, the sub-ship, sail and the attachment of sail with hull. After finishing the research of the stability of the parent-subsidiary wind sailing boat, this project adopts the simulation technique, then made a detailed research about the connecting device of sub-ship with mother boat, and presented a type of connecting device called A, so as to apply to the modern ship, and make parent-subsidiary wind sailing boat has advantages of large thrust, high stability, low fabrication cost, and can satisfy the requirement of cargo handling, still can be used when the channel width are restricted or the channel is busy.

Abstract: In this paper, PLC and configuration technology has been applied to the variable speed hydraulic technology. So in the future, monitoring system of variable speed hydraulic technology has been widely used. This thesis of variable speed hydraulic test stand uses PLC as the controller and the century star configuration software as the control software. According to the characteristics of variable speed hydraulic test bench and monitoring system, the monitoring system hardware and software are analyzed in detail. A set of variable speed hydraulic test station monitoring system has been designed.

Abstract: Proportional control technology is widely used in many hydraulic systems. In order to measure the characteristics of hydraulic components, it is necessary to establish hydraulic components test system based on proportional control technology. In this paper, the test contents of hydraulic components are analyzed, the performance testing system is designed, the system construction is presented, and the computer test software is developed. The application results showed that the developed system has good value, which can not only be used directly in enterprise to solve the production problem, but also improve the utilization and reliability of hydraulic components.

Abstract: Through experiments and orthogonal regression, the cutting force model of machining bars on a CNC lathe HCK60 equipped with the Huazhong CNC system is established. The model is simplified by using the knowledge of matrix theory, and we got the cutting force prediction empirical formula. The verifiable experiments show that the errors between predicted values and measured values are almost within 10%, which validates its high credibility. In addition, it can provide boundary conditions for the finite element analysis of CNC machining deformation, which is very important for application value.

Abstract: Through studying how to affect acoustic directivity with MATLAB software, it show that selection of a relatively larger surface of the transducer and a relatively closer transducer interval will be more preferable for directivity. While an array which possess more array element number and whose frequency of the drive signal can be as large as possible in a range, directivity will be more preferable. On the other hand, when the structure of the sound radiating surface of the transducer or array layout is symmetrical, the corresponding directivity pattern will be symmetrical. At a frequency of 10kHz, the individual rare earth magnetostrictive transducers its first point of the simulation carried out before the test. Sounding board with aluminum by the method used to improve the sound source diameter. With the sound plate diameter incrementing, the smaller the angle of the directivity. The beam width of the 3×3 array is about at 23kHz, and the directivity acute angle is about 10°, with a sounding board by the method used to improve their the diameter of the sound source, so as to realize the sound has directivity is feasible.

Abstract: In view of the PC box girder transverse prestress tendon, the factors and the development of tension prestress performance affecting factors were analyzed. Experiment program of prestress tendon performance was designed. Test for steel wire and anchorage of transverse tendon were carried out. The performance data of steel strand and anchorage were tested. The transverse prestress steel beam pattern based on work performance test was analyzed.

Abstract: The ball screw shaft part of the shaft is typical of one of the parts is difficult to process, the current CNC machining parts with high precision is required to solve such a circular arc surface, the most effective processing tapered threaded surface and the cylindrical surface methods. Aiming at the characteristics of round threaded shaft, analyzed the methods and procedures CNC lathe machining parts, and gives a complete NC program. Program is produced in Dalian CKA6132 CNC lathe written.
