Abstract: The paper puts forward a way to establish the mathematical model of involute gear according to the basic knowledge of mechanical design and method of mathematical analysis. A data file of coordinates of a series of points is generated by the use of powerful data analysis and mathematical calculation function of Excel. Based on this, involute and helix of high precision are designed through the seamless joint of Solid Edge and Excel. Then accurately modeling of involute gear can be realized. After modeling, high-precision gear can be manufactured through CNC machining to meet the equipment requirements for gear accuracy.

Abstract: The ship mooring system is an important installation for anchoring, the performance of ship mooring system affects the safety operation of the ship. Hawse pipe arrangement is the most important part of the ship mooring equipment layout design, the hawse pipe layout will directly affect the feasibility and convenience of ship mooring system in use. During traditional ship mooring equipment layout design, designers should firstly calculate the outfitting number, and inspect the specification manually to select mooring equipments, then design the hawse pipe layout with their experience by hand. In the previous ship mooring design work, the work efficiency is low. If ship line or general layout changes, designers need to re-check the mooring function and once mooring system can't meet the requirements, they need to re-design. This affects the overall design of the ship adversely. This paper is based on CAD platform, it researches the ship mooring system especially the hawse pipe intelligent layout design. Through using computer programs, drawing the hawse pipe section automatically and selecting optimal layout of the hawse pipe is achieved. This method improved the rationality of the design of the ship mooring system arrangement. This method can reduce the traditional burden of manually inspecting, and make the hawse pipe layout design more efficient.

Abstract: The Solid Works environment, through the methods of field surveying and mapping of a vertical shaft impact crusher for structural reverse and design,counter rotating subsystem of the spare parts for 3D geometric modeling. Counter rotating subsystem figure condition check, the 3D model is proved to be correct, for the next dynamic modeling of the model combined with removal and the basis for dynamic simulation.

Abstract: With increasing complex degree of airborne equipment, electromagnetic environment inside the aircraft becomes deteriorative continuously. During the inductive load on-off, transient interference will be produced in power line. Owing to crosstalk of cables, transient interference will diffuse to interface of all equipments, which will hazard the airborne equipment greatly. This paper analyzes the reason and potential harm produced by transient interference in power line of airborne equipment, and proposes measures to resolve the influence of interference.

Abstract: Fracture is the most common failure modes of the crankshaft, under normal circumstances often result in serious consequences. So study the reasons for the crankshaft fracture, thus achieving the purpose of controlling and reducing accidents, is very realistic. In this paper, for example, a factory break 4M16 compressor crankshaft. Through micro-analysis of the crankshaft fracture, the 4M16 compressor crankshaft is a low stress fracture of brittle fracture .The fracture is mainly due to dendritic segregation cause tissue caused by uneven. Solution to the problem is to increase the ratio of forging the forging, heat treatment when the grain refinement.

Abstract: As for the phenomenon that the current household suction machine has some shortcomings such as poor suction effect, serious internal pollution and no emission gas processing plant, a designing scheme of a condensed and fixed, adsorbing and recovering , electrolytic separating and purificating environmental suction machine based on air multiplier is put forward. And analyse and verify its feasibility by modeling and theory.

Abstract: In order to recycle energy during rotary phase of hydraulic excavator in the braking, this paper proposes a hydraulic slewing system based on secondary regulation control. In the constant pressure network, secondary regulation system can make variable motor reach the set speed quickly and smoothly through the motor PID feedback control, which can control power of the whole system ,while the general volume transmission system mainly through changing the flow of pump. Accumulator is used to recycle braking energy and reuse for next acceleration,which improve work efficiency. The simulation results shows that the energy recovery and reusing efficiency of rotation braking recovery system are 65.9% and 47.3%, the system achieves the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.

Abstract: Automobile panels have the characteristics of thin material,complex shape,large structure and size and high-quality requirements on surface,so the workblank deformation is also very complicated in the process of forming, and it is vulnerable to forming defects such as wrinkling and cracking and so forth. Based on Dynaform, a method of parameterized design for automobile panels is discussed here, which includes the designs of stamping direction, addendum surface, binder surface and draw bead. The simulation and analysis on forming process of automobile panels provides a basis for completing modular surface design. Obviously, the results show that the simulation on forming process of automobile panels by Dynaform software shortens the mold development time and mold tryout cycle and lowers cost.

Abstract: Numeric simulation of the whole aircraft is conducted in the CST MICROSTRIPES workshop which is based on the theory of TLM. The current waveform is defined according to the standard of SAEARP5412. The EM environment inside the helicopter is analyzed when the lightning strikes on the middle of the helicopter vertically. The lightning current moves along the aircraft to the back, then travels to the middle along the line. Simulation analysis demonstrates that the method can effectively simulate the indirect lightning effect, and shows the EM environment characteristic inside the helicopter.
