Abstract: This paper discusses the faults of master clutch,broken weft parking,broken weft or warp no-parking,miss operation,inadequate parking and thick-film circuit,and corresponding solutions are put forward:Check clutch and replace the bearings timely when clutch has abnormal sound;Check the brake angle frequently;Pay special attention to the quality of the beam and the original yarn;Enforce vigorously the quality of the main parts; The adjustment of the sensor angle is very important;The most intuitive feel of broken weft or warp no-parking is the faults of sensor;Miss operation of loom dues to the circuit board fault or other faults,regulating improper self-locking,the peripheral circuit,starting circuit fault is in unable to conduction state,or stop circuit fault is in the power state;Inadequate parking shall check the setting position of micro switch.

Abstract: The multi-function keyboard display controller can complete lots of job, which contain direct keyboard, matrix keyboard, LED digital tube dynamic scanning. The controller including button identification, automatic continuous functions and LED digital tube display , flashing and controlling the decimal point. At the same time, the external interface of the controller using the routine UART interface, established a perfect communication protocol. So that we can realize the access keys and control the display of LED digital tube. The multi-function keyboard display controller not only can overcome the disadvantages that traditional microcontroller system take more of the I/O lines and system resource, but also can use the mainstream Field-Programmable Gate Array completes system functions.

Abstract: In view of the machining difficult problem of hyperboloid, a new method is presented that high speed lapping hyperboloid parts using the bended lapping tool, and the principle of high speed lapping by the bending method is discussed. The mathematical model of bended lapping tool has been established using mechanics and higher mathematics, and the expression of width function of lapping tool is deduced. Analysis of the calculating example indicated that this method is possible to design the needed lapping tool. The bending experiment of lapping tool has confirmed the feasibility using this method, the biggest error of face shape was 1.0038μm, the face shape precision can satisfy the majority part request.

Abstract: Due to the capability of high strain, dielectric elastomers are promising for applications as transducers in cameras, robots, valves, pumps, energy harvesters and so on. This paper focuses on the large deformation analysis of a dielectric elastomer membrane.The membrane is initially flat and attached to a disk in the inner circle and to a rigid ring in the outer circle, then a weight is applied to the disk and the membrane deforms into an axisymmetric shape, undergoing large out-of-plane deformation. The membrane is assumed to behave elastically in accordance with the ogden law. The governing equations are derived by combining kinematics and thermodynamics and a set of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) are obtained finally. The ODEs are solved by using shooting method. The obtained results show that the deformation field in the membrane is very inhomogeneous.
