Abstract: Image registration is an important task in image processing. In this paper, a new and fast contour-based image registration algorithm is proposed. In this algorithm, we fetch contour points and calculate the normal angles firstly, then figure out the histogram of the contour-feature points. By computing circular correlation of the histogram, the rotation angle can be gained. As the rotation angle is obtained, it vastly simplifies the complexity of estimating other registration parameters and reduces the calculated amount, thus achieving a fast image registration algorithm. This algorithm has the invariance of rotation, translation and scale, and it has high robustness for either open contour or closed contour.

Abstract: A new design of P-code Direct Acquisition Module based on segmented coherent accumulate at frequency field is provided in this article. Firstly, the implementation of P code acquisition system is given. Subsequently, according to specific application environment navigation terminal, the expressions of capture system detection probability and mean acquisition time are deduced. Research has shown that this P-code direct acquisition module can be adapted to a low signal to noise ratio high dynamic environments.

Abstract: The problem of the non-probabilistic reliability is investigated in this paper, in which the convex model is used to deal with uncertainties in structural analysis and design. The limitation on the current non-probabilistic reliability is discussed. Then a novel non-probabilistic reliability model is proposed, and its computational procedure is given. Two numerical examples are conducted to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed non-probabilistic reliability model.

Abstract: According to the correlation characters of BOC spread spectrum sequence, a parameters estimating method is presented to estimate the frequencies of PRN code and the square wave subcarrier. The validity of the algorithm is proved by simulation, and the performance of algorithm is analyzed.

Abstract: Based on analyzing the generation mechanism and characteristics of frequency hopping signal, a method for estimating the parameter of FH signal utilizing SPWVD is proposed. The hop dwell time is estimated by detected frequency transforming moments between conjoint hop in time and frequency array. Further, the hop rate, instantaneous frequency is estimated. The results of simulation show that the method can effectively estimate the parameter of FH signal, has better accuracy of parameter estimation and less amount of computation.

Abstract: A parametric design of teaching aid in Russian class was carried out based on VB6.0 and AutoCAD2008 in this paper. The process of the graphical drawing is investigated in detail. The results show that the SCR file successfully achieves the graphical drawing in AutoCAD2008. And the process is listed as following: First, choose the centerline layer, and call the library functions Pline". Then the line widths are set as 0, and draw the centerline. Second, select the layer of solid line and set the line width of 0.5 to draw the contour. Third, choose the dotted line layer and set the line width of 0 to draw the dotted line. Fourth, choose the Mirror, and mirror the lower half of the contour. Finally call the library function "Insert" insert roughness, word and tolerances.

Abstract: Smart home includes an access control system, temperature and humidity system etc. Each system includes different terminals and each terminal is equipped with different sensors. Sensor senses its surroundings and generates enormous amounts of data. With the increasing number of users, it will generate vast amounts of data. As the traditional method of massive data processing has shortcomings of high cost in hardware and has developed to a bottleneck of calculation, a data processing platform based on distributed parallel processing is intended for the access control system, temperature and humidity system. It effectively solves problems in cost and bottleneck of calculation.

Abstract: The denoising of a natural image is the important area in image processing. As a tool of image processing, wavelet transform is widly applied in removing of gauss noise for the partial specific property in time and frequency domain.The main goal of this paper is to eliminate the noise by an adaptive neighborhood window of the wavelet domain and focused on selecting a medium-soft threshold function based on wavelet. Simulation results have shown that the modified function improves the denoising effect comparing with the other threshold functions.
