Abstract: A finite element model of a coach is created by HYPERMESH software. Then finite element analysis is carried out using OPTISTRUCT software for the coach structure. Based on the analysis results, the lightweight structure is designed under the guaranty of operation stiffness and strength. Finally the rollover analysis and optimization design to the lightweight structure are carried out to ensure the rollover safety of the strength for the superstructure of coaches.

Abstract: In this paper, a model that the profiled bar cantilever scaffold with the hoisting unloading rope is created, utilizing the software sap2000.Analyzing of load-bearing of very parts of the scaffold. Calculating bearing capacity of the hoisting wire rope and the bearing capacity of hoisting rings. Put forward the design method of unloading wire rope and detailed construction requirements solution of scaffold.

Abstract: T For the networked control system (NCS), the considered system has actuator and sensor failures. In considering the impact of the network delay on system performance, establish a new class of uncertain NCS fault model Then use Lyapunov stability theory, fault-tolerant control theory and the static state feedback, the sufficient conditions for closed-loop NCS possessing robust asymptotically stable against actuator and sensor failure are given . And the robust H-inf fault-tolerant controller design method under the sensor and actuator failures is deduced in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMI). An numerical simulation is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed conclusion.

Abstract: This paper presents a smart-routing mechanism of a control system to track Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. Satellite tracking mainly relies on the antenna pointing database generated by SGP4 orbit forecasting model and follow the point coordinates to command the rotation of the axes. Gears rotation gaps will affect the strength of the received signal; the Proportional Integral (PI) controller is used to adjust the error values caused by the drive shaft mechanism. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm has fewer parameter settings and the advantages of fast convergence, which is adopted for variable selection and optimization for the parameters kp and ki of PI controller. The resolver feedback mechanism of actual angle indicator is using as a basis for performance adjustment in the search process. The experimental results of a three axes tracking system demonstrate the reliability and better performance of the proposed PSO-PI satellite tracking system.

Abstract: Due to the importance of the Airborne Equipment Software (AES), much more attentions have been drawn into here. Building a unified, standardized and effective management AES defect knowledge base with these data is a definitely valuable work. In this paper a framework of software quality integrate prediction has been established, which is highly essential to make accurate evaluations on the quality, predictions on the defects, identifications on the fault-prone modules. A framework on how to build an AES knowledge base is proposed, a combination mechanism is proposed by involving machine learning technology and production system, in which, in order to provide the instructions for defect prediction and quality assessment of AES.

Abstract: Radial basis function (RBF) interpolation algorithm for data transfer on coupling interface is derived from the shape function, and the global D-Lanczos (GLDL) method is introduced to solve the displacement transfer matrix. In order to improve the computational efficiency, a local compactly supported RBF (CSRBF) interpolation algorithm is proposed based on the partition acceleration treatment, and a comparison of the algorithmic complexity is made among the global Multi-Quadrics (MQ), CSRBF and the local CSRBF. Numerical test shows the significant shortening of CPU time by using the local CSRBF interpolation algorithm.

Abstract: As a powerful simulation tool, simulink being increasingly used in modern design, yet one distinctive feature of modern design is that they need to be updated frequently [1,2]. Take the control strategy blocks for example, the paper present a method to update the blocks including mdl files and m files automatically by writing script using Matlab. After the update work it will record the work log automatically, during the update process it also checks the potential errors made by human to make sure the update work is correct. It is a convenient and reliable method to update the simulink blocks.
