Abstract: For the number of buildings in the most commonly forged composite image blur operation, this paper presents an image forensics morphological filtering algorithm based on edge characteristics; The method uses homomorphic filtering and morphological filtering method to enhance the operation of the fuzzy image edge analyzed defocus blur and artificial blurred boundary characteristics, the use of artificial edge blur and defocus blur characteristics achieved for passive blind digital image forgery evidence; experiments show that this method can effectively detect forged digital images fuzzy operation marks and the partial image has been able to accurately locate the fuzzy operation.

Abstract: Binary image storage is simple, compact structure makes the entropy of the unique advantages of the binary image data fax, text, barcode recognition and digital signatures have been widely used, it is precisely because of this feature makes color, grayscale image information hiding technology can not be directly applied to the binary image information hiding. Summary provides an overview of some recent study based on the results of the binary image, and hidden capacity and robustness study based on the results of these and other issues made a brief comparison and discussion.

Abstract: This article discusses robustness to non-normality of EWMA charts for dispersion. Comparison analysis of run length of four kinds of EWMA charts to monitoring process dispersion is provided to evaluate control charts performance and robustness. At last robust EWMA dispersion charts for non-normal processes are proposed by this way.

Abstract: The design and development process of electronic dictionary software on Android development platform was discussed in this paper. This application, using Android SDK and the Eclipse IDE to develop, is available in English translation, learning, testing, reviewing, attention book, import or delete dictionary, reciting English sentence and other functions. The software has built-in dictionaries, also allows users to import necessary dictionary to learn. The system uses Android integrated development interface of SQLite to store and retrieve vocabulary. The applications are developed based on Java language, and worked as expected on the emulator.

Abstract: This paper provides an ontology-based distributed heterogeneous data integration framework (ODHDIF). The framework resolves the problem of semantic interoperability between heterogeneous data sources in semantic level. By metadatas specifying the distributed, heterogeneous data and by describing semantic information of data source , having "ontology" as a common semantic model, semantic match is established through ontology mapping between heterogeneous data sources and semantic difference institutions are shielded, so that semantic heterogeneity problem of the heterogeneous data sources can be effectively solved. It provides an effective technology measure for the interior information of enterprises to be shared in time accurately.

Abstract: Visual stimulator is one of the key factors that affect the steady-state visual evoked potential (SSVEP). Research and development of brain-computer interface (BCI) system based on SSVEP have priority to consider the design and implementation of visual stimulation. Compare with visual stimulators for particular applications, this paper presents a visual stimulator that is portable and easy to modify apparatus, which is suitable for expanding the application of SSVEP based BCI system. This article induces a visual stimulator based on ARM microcontroller for BCI. The stimulator uses a common USB interface, achieving multiple selective stimulus methods. The system features include visual stimulation, parameter setting and display, the experimental results feedback display. Experimental data prove that this stimulator can be used for almost all types of brain-computer interface based on visual stimulation experiments, and have a portable operating mode, flexible parameter settings , and easy operation.

Abstract: The majority of crime is due to the weak or absent legal knowledge of citizens by the statistical analysis of the criminal case. In addition, the universal legal system does not include every corner of society. With the substantial & rapid growth of mobile phone users, SMS becomes a new and relatively independent of the mass media. Also, it is one important method for peoples social interaction and accessing information. The SMS system which is the legal literacy will increase the scope of legal literacy in order to make up for the lack of the system.

Abstract: With the development of digital campus in university, more and more application systems have been used. In these systems, authentication function has been repeatedly design, which can be easy to cause multiple accounts and passwords, and brought inconvenience to users and administrators. Unified identity authentication system based on LDAP is a good solution to this problem. In this paper, based on the analysis of LDAP protocol and CAS, the unified identity authentication system built for digital campus is designed and implemented, and LDAP management system is also developed to achieve unified management of directory information in the university.
