Abstract: Somecolor quantization problems concerning quantization of a color image into a fewnumbers of colors are discussed. In the HSV color space that is the best visualidentity of people, H is uniform quantified, S and V is respectivelynon-uniform quantified.Aimed at the limitation of Euclidean distance failing to consider thesimilarity between colors in the process of retrieval, a color similaritymatrix is introduced. Abstract: The teaching aid in Russian class was designed based on SolidWorks2010. The processing for generation of teaching aid is discussed, and the distribution of the stress, strain and displacement is investigated with different load. The results indicate that the node number of the teaching aid is approximately 28139, and the grid unit number is 18014. When the load of the teaching aid is 10 N and 20 N, respectively, the max stress is 2.995 N/mm2 and 5.990N/mm2. The max strain is about 1.637×10-5 and 3.274×10-5.

Abstract: We realize information system integration of HIS and PACS through by hospital information platform, and on this basis, establish a set of medical equipment reservation system. Doctor through the system provides real-time to help the patient make an appointment items in order to eliminate the steps to the front desk or reservation center and shorten patient waiting time. The successful application of this system not only optimizes the hospital for an examination process, but also improves the overall utilization of the medical examination equipment.

Abstract: With the emergence of large social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter, graphs with millions to billions vertices are common. Instead of processing the network within a single machine, all the applications related are intended to be done in a distributed way using a cluster of commodity machines. In this paper, we study the parallel graph partitioning problem, which is the fundamental operation for large graphs. With the help of Hadoop/MapReduce, we propose a parallel k-way partitioning approach. Unlike the previous ones, which require enough memory to keep the whole graph data within, our novel approach breaks such limitations. Also, due to the distributed nature, it is easy to integrate our partitioning approach into existed parallel platforms. We conduct extensive experiments on real graphs and synthetic graphs. All the experimental results prove the effectiveness and efficiency of our approach.
