Abstract: Based on the traditional aspheric surface shape measuring difficulties, a kind of new integral minimum method is presented, whose guiding idea of this method is to make right position for the parts theoretical curve and the measuring curve to sure the error sum to be minimum. The definition of integral minimum method is elaborated, for example parabolic, its surface shape error is discussed, and the right position expression is derived for the parts theoretical curve and the measuring curve. The calculating example shows that the integral minimum method is effective to analyze the real parts contour error due to the right position, so it should be a followed law objectively during the parts surface shape measuring.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of data integration and sharing for heterogeneous database at various departments from enterprises, this paper analyses thoroughly how to use the XML technology to mask differences between the heterogeneous databases. This paper designs an integration model based on the various heterogeneous databases by using the XML database as the middle database. The integration model is applied in the fault diagnosis system, and a data-exchange platform based on BizTalk is designed. On the heterogeneous database model, the fault diagnosis system can meets the need of multiple heterogeneous databases.

Abstract: Eriocheir sinensis should cultivate in high water quality ponds, which is affected by many combined factors such as physics, chemistry, biology etc. Using the real-time water quality monitoring historical data to test one of the water quality indexes and predict this index in the next time has great significance. The dissolved oxygen is one of the most important indexes in aquaculture, such as in the Eriocheir sinensis pond. This paper established a dissolved oxygen prediction model of water quality monitoring system based on BP neural network. The forecast data which is predicted by the established model could fit the actual monitoring data very well.

Abstract: Based on the nonlinear, strongly coupled and uncertain model of the aerocraft vehicles attitude system, a fuzzy variable structure control method is proposed. Based on the feedback-linearization technique, the system was firstly decoupled into three independent SISO subsystems, and then controllers for each subsystem were designed. Modeling error and unknown disturbance is effectively restrained with the proposed adaptive fuzzy control with variable structure control. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method has high control accuracy, high robust and easy realization.

Abstract: The dynamic quantitative weighing system based on the buoyancy weighing sensor is designed in this paper. At first the principle of the dynamic quantitative weighing system is analyzed and then the mathematical model is established. Secondly the hardware structure of the dynamic weighing system is designed. The buoyancy weighing sensor is introduced. The weighing system is composed of two parts: the buoyancy equalizer and the displacement sensor. Through the field tests, precision, stability and sensitivity of the device has been verified.

Abstract: In this paper, through the characteristics analysis to an example of a thin-walled frame component part in a large precision instrument, some reasonable technology strategies of controlling machining deformation are proposed that included optimizing process route, designing rational clamping method and fixture layout, choosing preferably cutting tool, programming optimal cutting method and tool path, etc.. The way of machining large thin-walled frame component parts in the ordinary NC milling machine is achieved. And it effectively reduces the machining deformation. This way provides guiding and reference for NC milling of the similar thin-walled frame component parts.
