Abstract: Because the extensive management of the tradational agriculture hinders the development of the agriculture,we advise the system based on the inteent of things,which design and implent the crop growing enviornment.This article describes the meaning and the functions of the system in details,which also describes the architecture ,hardware components and software design.The design of the system promotes the rapid development of the precision agriculture.

Abstract: The system can detect the speed of DC motor,based on the collected information of speed, the singlechip control the PWM signal generating circuit, and the PWM wave adjustable is produced, thus the steering and speed of the DC motor is controlled.The digital control mode has the advantages of high integration, high reliability and low noise.

Abstract: Smart card attendance system using Delphi database development technologies and RF card technology development. Function of each sub-module design includes user login module, attendance information management module , a database management module , a database designed to follow the general principles set forth , and then the database structure design concept .

Abstract: The total control system and the sub control system are the part of anti-theft and fire alarm system, the main function of the system is acquisition, processing and alarm. The total control system can monitor the working state of the whole system, the sub control system uses a variety of sensors, in order to prevent false alarm, can collect fire and theft alarm signal and dial alarm according to the signal type automatic. Danger information transmission use the public telephone network, which has advantages of a transmission distance, fast response, simple structure, easy installation.

Abstract: Black field failure and static frame failure are two kinds of abnormal states in the process of radio and television broadcast. To explore an effective method to eliminate the two faults, so as to ensure the safety of radio and television broadcasting, has a very important practical significance. This paper introduces a method to detect black field failure and static frame failure which based on digital image processing techniques. During the detection,the image block processing is introduced, and the gray values of the inner frame images and the adjacent frame images need to be calculated and contrasted. The Matlab simulation analysis was carried on has proved its feasibility at last.

Abstract: In order to meet the wireless remote control function for warm room illss ozone control machine, The wireless remote control system is developed. Wireless remote control system can make the staff implement the inside greenhouse environment monitoring easy need not to enter the warm room. Not only conducive the staff health, but also saves the manpower and material resources,satisfy the use requirement.

Abstract: the overview of the development of automatic water supply control system, according to the national water quality standard, process water plant and the system analyses the status in our application, summarizes the design principle of the system, put forward the concrete and feasible technical route and frequency of water supply system based on the overall design scheme of PLC, to determine the design process for the system, the design and Realization of the system provides a theoretical basis and technical support.

Abstract: This topic will be based on the characteristics of electric power facilities and computer systems, combined with the similarities between the power industry and power facilities, using the computer software, wireless sensor network and so on, to detect the various indicators of power equipment, including the temperature, degree of humidity on the tower, substation, etc., in order to achieve the real-time detection, alarm and other functions of the safety of power facilities in substation. Under the background of the power facilities having many advantages such as a great quantity, wide distribution and the rapid process of unattended. After the failure of power facilities , it will be helpful to find out the exact point of failure quickly, to restore power as quickly as possible. It has great practical value.

Abstract: At present, more and more service providers carry on their business as a Web type. However, the function of individual Web services is very limited and the lack of semantic information, only can meet the needs for a single customer. In this paper, making Web services become an entities understood by the computer through introducing the concept of the Ontology. A framework of Semantic Web Service composition also is proposed based on Ontology for assembling basic Web services coming from different service providers and a solution is provided for to achieve value-added services based on a single service.
